Hey guys! I composed all the songs in this video based on some of my biggest influences in metal as whole. Any similarities between my songs and already existing songs are totally on purpose to highlight these influences. Hope you'll dig it 😁🤘
You're really great at imitating styles, both musically and visually. I appreciate the idea and the effort, it was a nice experience to watch this video :)
1970 for Heavy Metal Classic 1980 for Glam Metal, Power Metal, NWOBHM, Speed Metal, and Thrash Metal 1990 for Extreme Metal, Black Metal, and Death Metal, and Symphonic Metal 2000 for Melodic Death Metal, Metalcore, and many more of Modern Heavy Metal
The 1980s also did have some extreme/death/black metal stuff at the later end, and the 90s were also particularly known for alternative and nu metal. And where is the doom??
Dude... This is like the second video I've seen and I may just be in a really good mood, but I think you're making me fall in love with metal all over again 🤘🌠
Dissection, Sabbath, Motörhead, Kiss, Maiden/Priest, Kreator/Destruction, Death, Emperor/Immortal, Suffocation/SOAD That's what I could figure out throughout the video... Anyways, great playin' and style as always! Keep Shredding!🎸🤘
And then the slower riffs from the 90s was back to the 70s. That's what I remember in the early 90s. I was like, what are they doing? They're going all simplistic again.
Awesome video and all the riffs for each era and genre were awesome and spot on. Also cool you represented the image for the decade/genre. I definitely lean towards 90s era of metal as I find that to be a pretty versatile decade for metal but I love all eras tbh.
This is the best "metal through the ages" video. Not limiting each decade to just one riff, or even one style. Shoving the variety of metal brilliantly
@@LeonardoLux96 we share the same passion and Music style, but you are miles ahead - obviously 🙄 😬 (I started way too late with playing but I try to make progress anyway) Check my profile for some examples…

I think I've saw very few people here with the same idea as this. Totally like the concept behind it, though the last riff is too much reminiscing of Toxicity to be generic as I think it was your goal for these riff to sound.
Ok, the DESTRUCTION shirt just made my night. I went to sleep listening to side 2 of INFERNAL OVERKILL all through 1986. By the the time bestial invasion was over I was asleep. And now they give kids Ritalin.

It's awesome! A revisitation of some classics! Original, but heavily inspired
Really nice fuckin’ job!
as whole???
I am in love😍😍😍😍😍😍
The first one gave me Black Sabbath vibes.
I really loved the band Death’s 90s music!
RIP Chuck Schuldiner

90s and 2000s groove
Nice
The riffs you presented in metal from the 70's are totally reminiscent Black Sabbath \m/
Yeah also the 2nd and 3rd riff of that period are kind of a gap bridging between Sabbath and early Judas Priest.
The 80's thrashy riffs was badass as fuck
Yes man not like nowadays
thank you bro
0:42 - Black Sabbath (Doom Metal)
2:05 - Judas Priest (Heavy Metal/NWOBHM)
3:01 - Motorhead/Exciter (Speed Metal)
4:08 - Mottley Crue (Glam Metal)
5:26 - Iron Maiden (Heavy Metal/Post-NWOBHM)
6:37 - Metallica/Megadeth (Thrash Metal)
7:11 - Slayer/Kreator (Hardcore Thrash Metal)
8:08 - Death/Morbid Angel (Death Metal)
9:27 - Mayhem/Immortal (Black Metal)
10:23 - Meshuggah (Djent)
6:37 i think it's power metal like Helloween😅
The last one isn't Djent. The first riff is metal like Chilren of Bodom. The second is very similar to the system of a down stuff.
2:05 is a little Master Of Puppets

Looks and sounds great! Like the fact that you also recreated the immage from the past times. Especially for the nintees and the eightees.
Glad you like it! thanks

Setentas está ótimo.
Parecido a algumas bandas que me veio à cabeça, mas não igual. É bem original.
masterpieces dude. have these been developed to full songs? I'd buy an album of each era for real.
What a masterpiece
thank you! 🤘
By the way, you should do a 2000's metalcore evolution, then a 2020's metal future and 203's predictions. I am sure you'll have a lot of fun.
Sensacional mano!
i can definitely tell the slightly the philospher sounding tapping, and the pull the plug riff
