Thanks for clarifying which paints and glitters are safe for face painting. I want to surprise my daughter (age 10) with some face painting materials, so she can start painting her own face and her friends' as well...now I can get her the right ones - safe and fun!
That's wonderful! Let me know if you have more questions. I'm working on posting more beginner tips, but I am not sure what questions beginners have. I've been in the industry for too long.
@@TheDragonflyFairy :) Aww thank you! Yes we hope so too - we are in Melbourne and very much missing face painting :( Lets hope for a positive future - all the best :D
@@TheDragonflyFairy I just do facepainting for my local school now and again. I do ballooning as part of my 2hr kids party package (games, magic, disco) :-D All v quiet at the mo of course due to COVID!
Such a creative video and well explained 🤗 Just can't believe some people use acrylic paint for face painting 😳 how does the parents don't see what they put on their kids face 🤔 P.S. didn't know you had a twin 🤣
Thank you. Many people don't know how harmful it is and the budget of some event planning is low. So they try to keep it as affordable as possible. When I was a beginner I was volunteering at an event with 4 other face painters and the paints that were provided looked a lot like acrylics, too. I didn't know anything about the risks of using them, so I rolled with it. I don't want this to happen again.
