Good evening Andrew, happy New Year to you. I love your honest opinion and I am still looking for a caravan around £10k. 2020 has been a disaster to say the least, hopefully 2021 will be better. We have “spoke” previously and you recommended buying from a dealer as our first caravan. I live in Scotland, my wife and I are semi-retired, I haven’t really towed anything a great distance and looking for some recommendations. I have a blank canvas apart from I am 6’ 1” tall, would love a fully lined shower and my car can tow 1450kg MTPLM (85%). I would welcome your views. Cheers
Happy 2021 too! Hi Ian - I would look at a Sprite Alpine 2 around 2012 /13 great vans decent spec and light weight too or go for an older Coachman Amara 460/2 again great vans but heavier check out caravan finder
@@caravanindustryexpertandyjenk thanks for getting back to me. I have had a look on various websites and noticed a couple for sale in Scotland. Hopefully we get out of this lockdown soon and and more trade ins become available. I do like the Sprite and Coachman, will be checking our local dealers for anything that comes in. Take care.
