USEFUL TIPS BASED ON THINGS YOU MENTIONED IN THE VIDEO :D 1. Mob spawning mechanics have changed, they now only spawn in absolute darkness. 2. Diamond generation has changed, strip mining at y = 11 is NOT optimal, and neither is strip mining. Secondly veins are more abundant but smaller. The most optimal strategy is exploring big caves or if you want to strip mine, do so at y = -59. 2.5. Also 1 diamond veins are more frequent, however even if you only get 1 you should mine around it just in case there is a hidden one. 3. Note down the xyz positions of landmarks and your base so you don't lose them. 4. The different looking dirt is coarse dirt and grass will not spread to it, the mossy cobblestone chunks are the "forest rock" feature which spawns in old growth taiga biomes. 5. You can combine brown mushrooms, red mushrooms, a bowl and a dandelion to make an excellent food source. 6. You mentioned ruins... there are remains of ancient civilizations around the world but you need a special tool to uncover them... 7. The ominous bottle has two functions, one will trigger a "raid" when you enter a village with the effect (I won't spoil it but I don't recommend doing this until you have at least enchanted diamond armour). The second function requires you to find the mechanical dungeon buried deep underground... (Again, a pretty high level area so you'll need decent gear.) 8. Villagers are INSANELY OP now, you can get infinite emeralds, infinite diamond gear, and any enchantment you want from them. (I'd recommend looking up guides because setting up a trading hall extends the scope of the comment section) 9. Also on the F3 screen it shows you in-game day count. 10. Mojang added a bunch of new default skins alongside Steve and Alex, yours is called Kai. 11. Boats can be used to trap mobs, hence using them to trap endermen so they can't attack you. 12. Axes do crazy damage, personally I use axes for passive mobs and swords for aggressive mobs because I'm able to keep a distance. 13. Collect the hay bales from the village, 1 bale = 3 bread. 14. Green villagers are nitwits (that's the actual name lol), they can't get a job and therefore cannot be traded with. 15. This is up to personal preference but 6 glass blocks make 16 glass panes so you can get more glass out of your sand. 16. Don't use the crafting table to make stairs, use a stonecutter. 17. About all the comments about the "blue goo" and the "talking blocks"... if you find 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨, tread carefully... and do not make a sound. Great treasure resides deep in the dark... 18. 23:38 Water bucket! Use the water bucket! 19. The axolotls are just pets but you can breed them with tropical fish to obtain the rarest mob in the game. They also fight guardians so you can breed and army of them to besiege an ocean monument. 20. Torches are not needed in the nether since there is an ambient light. I really hope you see this YuB I think it will be very helpful, if you need any more tips I'll probably leave more comments like this on future videos :D
I am SHAKING at you saying "I want to find the blue and black goo that talks" man, you DO NOT want to go there. That place is a nightmare that sings the dark to you.
@@YuB a little spoiler, some of the black and blue is fine unless if it has a shrieker in it (you can tell because it shrieks), the warden will kill you no matter how strong you are
BTW, the reason you bring a boat to fight Endermen is because you can bait them in to the boat and get them stuck. Another thing: The reason there's mossy cobblestone? There is no reason, just scenery. Another Another thing: You can't eat mushrooms, but you can make mushroom stew with them. You need two types of mushrooms, but I'm not going to spoil it, it's fun to see you experiment and figure stuff out. Thing number 4, in order to light mobs on fire, place the fire on the block they are standing on. Thing number 5, the potion you got? Try using it in a village. Something fun happens ;3 Thing number 6: Caving, (Exploring in mines, grabbing ores) is actually better and faster then strip mining in modern Minecraft. If you read all of this, thank you! I've watched your channel for forever, and if this helped you, I'd be honored!
TIPS: 1. beware the man who lurks the caves 2. the spooky thing that will happen if you don't sleep for 3 days are called phantoms. they appear as hallucinations and can kill you very easily due to being able to fly 3. you can cook the animals if you push it into the fire and if it isn't raining 4. enchanting tables are super overpowered and can create stronger armor and tools 5. water will not work in the nether 6. there is only a small chance you can tame a wolf with 1 bone
Back again, new tips for stuff you asked about: Furnaces - You found a blast furnace! (and complained Furnaces are slow) luckily for you; blast Furnaces smelt ores twice as fast. There's another one for foods. Maybe check your crafting book? Axolotls - mostly pets but can help in combat. When in water they attack stuff! Sturdier than they seem too. Ominous potion - You can drink it! But I'd be careful doing that around villages or weird underground chambers. Villagers - useful! They have different jobs if they find specific blocks nearby, n they trade better stuff the more you trade with em. Useful ones, and their blocks: >librarian - sells magical books, block: lectern >cartographer - (these are fun) sells maps to strange structures, block: cartography table >Fletcher - sells magical arrows, block: Fletching table There are others too, place some blocks n test it out! Anyway, if you want you could mine for ore deep in the nether. You might find something! Have fun ;) (also new isaac update play it lol)

Since nobody seems to have mentioned it yet, torches are actually twice as powerful for keeping monsters away as they used to be. Previously monsters spawned at light level 7 and below, so they could spawn 7 blocks away from a torch. Nowadays, monsters need _complete_ darkness to spawn, so even the glow lichen can keep monsters away a bit. The Phantoms (monsters that spawn if you don't sleep for at least three days) aren't all that scary, they're just really annoying. Or so I've been told, I sleep too often to see them. The Ominous Bottle gives you a Bad Omen, which has two effects. The first one is if you enter a village with the effect, a bunch of Illagers and Pillagers start raiding it. The second has something to do with the new Trial Chambers, a huge dungeon with a bunch of rewards. I think maybe it starts a combat trial or something like that? Not exactly sure, I haven't been keeping up with Minecraft as nuch recently. And lastly, the Axolotls can help with doing underwater missions like exploring Ocean Monuments. If you feed them Tropical Fish, I think they give you some buffs like water breathing and regeneration, and they attack underwater monsters (and fish).
I will warn you Yub, if you see the dark mossy stuff deep underground and you feel something coming out of the ground, sneakily get out of there, something in there, can one shot you with diamond armor, I recommend fighting that creature last, after the Ender Dragon and the Wither if you feel like fighting it as well
back at it again with naming the songs 1:19 - A Familiar Room: Aaron Cherof 7:02 - Dry Hands: C418 18:53 - Featherfall: Aaron Cherof 25:09 - Sweden: C418 28:46 - Left to Bloom: Lena Raine 33:38 - Watcher: Aaron Cherof
I'm not gonna give to much details about the Nether but... These mobs named Piglins have crossbows and will shoot you ,unless you have one piece of golden armor. Not only that but giving them gold bars will make you able to trade with them. Final warning, DO NOT MINE GOLD INFRONT OF THEM OR OPEN CHEST BECAUSE THEY WILL ATTACK. The blue forest aka Warped Forest are the most safe area in the Nether with just endermen. There are other biomes in the Nether. Be safe.
9:13 this tactic usually works, but it was raining lol. The gold equipment protects from the piglins, since they won’t attack you while you’re wearing them. You can trade with them by throwing them gold ore In order to find blazes, you need to find a fortress (a large structure made of nether brick) and endermen will spawn in the blue forests in the nether. Also axolotls do nothing but look cute
So basically, you ran into pilgers, whom are hostile. they drop bad omen bottles, which when you drink them near a village, prepare for war. Also, in the nether, I heard a rumor that if you dig around.. I don't know, Y-13 or somethin like that, you can find some nice debris. pretty ancient. but you didn't hear it from me.
I know what the really ominous comment at the beginning of the video was talking about!! There’s basically a really rare cave biome called the ‘ancient city’ and there are blocks called ‘Shulkers’ that detect noise (unless you’re crouching), and if the Shulker detects noise, then there’s a chance that it may activate a different block, called a ‘skulk shrieker’, and if you trigger it 3 times in a row, then a really op mob (like it can kill you in one hit), will crawl out of the ground, but it can’t see you, it can only attack you if you make noise
I've been sick this whole week, but your first video of the new minecraft series really cheered me up so I'm excited for this one lol. It's nice to see someone going in pretty much blind, the new updates have been crazy.
TIPS: FASTEST WAY TO GET INFINITY BOW go to a villager put a lectern near him (crafted by using book and wooden slabs) break it again and again till it gives u the infinity book ur looking for If u get an enchanting table try getting protection on ur armor that is the best enchant If u are afraid to kill an enderman place a boat near it, it will get stuck and then u can easily kill it If u find a nether fortress search for nether wart (looks like red beans) by using it with a brewing stand u can make fire resistant potions and other cool potions Also if u find diamonds dig a lil around it maybe u will find more u will find diamods more in caves rather than strip mining During ur adventure in cave if u find green blocks stay crouched dont make sound or u will summon someone worse than the ender dragon They added like dungeon/trails in minecraft if ur lucky u will encounter them PLS LIKE SO YUB CAN SEE ❤
2:22 The iron seen here is part of a new form of ore generation known as an iron vein. These are significantly larger then the older veins of ore from pervious versions of the game and can contain thousand of pieces of iron which can be mined with fortune to produce even more profit as well as full iron ore blocks.
I noticed you have a default skin, so I made one myself for you! It’s nothing much, but I just felt like it. It’s on my channel’s community post. Just go to the skin texture image and save it and look up how or something because I’m lazy lol.
1. Bad omen is a spell that summons a raid, or can be used in the new trial chambers for an ominous trial. 2. You’re in a biome that will spawn mossy cobblestone 3. You should make a staircase. It makes going up and down faster 4. Axolotls can help kill guardians which are creatures that spawn in ocean monuments
YOOO NEW YUB MINECRAFT YOOOO YEAHHHH (crowd begins cheering) YEAHHH YEAHHH (crowd starts fighting) woah woah wait guys too much hype too much lets not (crowd begins hitting me with hammers) GUYS STOP
If you ever go into a village, DO NOT drink the bad omen potion. Just trust me. The banner is just a cool thing Also, the boat thing, mobs cant exit boats, meaning they cant move towards you to hurt you if in a boat, which is really good. The villager thing, certian blocks give villagers certain jobs to trade with them. 24:38 THATS THE RAREST AXOLOTL IN THE GAME
What the nether portal doin'? FYI: You can pre-cook meats from mobs by using flint and steel, or fire-aspect sword/axe (which comes from enchanting). . Bad Omen makes you start raids when entering a village . To "respectfully" steal villagers, use either a minecart and rails or spend decades traversing them via boats, and yes, people do use them for trades . Make it a goal to make a new base! (please) using wood and cobble is the simplest . Axolotls are pretty cool, you can tame them with fish or build a cage with them. They attack fish for you . You can substitute wood and other things instead of coal
Hey YuB, just a quick tip about exploration: You can use a water bucket to make an impromptu elevator so you dont have to build bridges or tunnel to the bottom of a big cave! (Also love the series it's awesome)
Don’t got too far down. When our eyes shrouded in darkness and you hear the screams of the caught ones lay low and stay silent or the guardian of souls will add you to its collection.
You should start a cow farm, and also make a sugarcane farm, these farms are really important if you want to trade with villagers. Since you need paper and leather to make books. You need the books to make lecterns which allow you to make the villagers into librarians.
Some more tips: In the sound options, you can enable subtitles, which show the sounds and their directions, with red and brown mushrooms, plus a bowl, you can make mushroom soup! And just in case you dont know, diamonds are more common when not exposed to air blocks, so water caves are more useful for finding them.
Here’s some tips 1: Diamonds Spawn more commonly in places with less exposure 2: Bring beds to the nether so you can get Netherite 3: Netherite Is better than diamonds and you need a smithing table to upgrade diamond tools to Netherite. 4: You can add armor trims to Armor 5:you can Trade with a Mob in the Nether to get ender pearls. 6:Under any circumstances If you see blue and black in a Cave Turn around there is a very powerful mob that can kill you in one hit
Axolotls don’t really do anything except look cute. You can keep them as pets though. Here’s a tip: water on top of lava makes obsidian. Lava on top of water makes cobblestone.
Ahhhh, I was late to the last video to give tips. Better late than never though, right? Anyways, here’s something you oughtta know when setting up enchantments, as you’re likely doing that soon: For the best results, use at least 15 bookshelves around your enchantment table so you can get the best tier of enchantments - level 30. Get Lapis Lazuli from the caves to enchant. It’s the blue ones, I think you had some. Also, if you’d like to *DIE* then go to that village and drink the ominous bottle. Actually, I think on normal difficulty, you’d live with no trouble…
Yes you should be worried of the black goo and the warden but you should also stay away from the chambers with copper and tough along the walls were the breeze is cold and that bottle you found from the grey villagers if you it in that place alone you shall meet a fate worse than death : love your videos by the way long time fan💚:
Im honestly so glad to see someone like yub actually having fun making fully normal minecraft videos (well) without any mods or such, really rare thing to see nowadays
TIPS DUDE: When you see a few pillagers (forgot how to spell), it means there is an outpost nearby, but be careful! A lot of their buddies can literally rise from the fricking ground, and attack you when you least expect it. If you go to the top of the tower, there should be a totem of undying, which can save your life in many ways.
Just some general tips on enchanting since you mentioned it previously. You need paper and leather to create books, which then can create bookshelves. By placing bookshelves near (but not directly touching) an enchanting table, you can increase the level of enchantments you get. You can go up to level 30 which takes around 15 bookshelves. You can combine enchantments with an anvil, and you can remove enchantments with a new block called the grindstone. These are the enchantments you'll want to prioritize for various items: 1. Sharpness and Smite are good for swords 2. Efficiency and fortune are good for pickaxes 3. Protection is the best for armor 4. Power is good for bows (Infinity is extremely good, but it's much rarer) 5. Unbreaking and Mending are good for everything
Tips: Take the haybales and wheat crops from the village. You can turn hay into wheat, and then turn the wheat into bread. The villagers will replenish the crops too. Start your own wheat farm at home too, since bread is honestly one of the best food sources in the game. Also make sure to learn the water bucket trick, you can complete a lot more tasks and maneuvering becomes way easier if you're confident in your bucket abilities.
heres pretty much a crash course on the new stuff you can use: - hover over your weapons to see their attack info (more attack speed = less cooldown, maybe practice using an axe) - the reason you bring a boat with you is from the fact that mobs automatically mount them when close enough, they then become glued in the boat forever making them an easy kill(even endermen) - by putting a piece of string over a piece of leather in your crafting menu, you can make a bundle, an item which stores a total of 64 items in one slot(you can put pretty much anything in there to save inventory space) - furnaces now have new variants: blast furnaces and smokers, both can only cook a specific type of ingredient at twice the speed (blast smelts ores faster, smoker cooks food faster, crafting recipes can be seen below) - diamonds actually generate more frequently the further down you are in the world, making bedrock level the best layer to strip mine(Y -58) - in the nether, there are new pig people that differ from zombie pigmen, try dropping gold ingots infront of them CRAFTING RECIPES WITH LEGENDS(cus im bored asf and u probably forgot some): enchanting table: D - diamond O - obsidian B - book [ ][ B ][ ] [ D ][ O ][ D ] [ O ][ O ][ O ] bundle: L - Leather S - String [ ][ S ] [ ][ L ] smoker: F - furnace L - wood logs (not planks, any type) [ ][ L ][ ] [ L ][ F ][ L ] [ ][ L ][ ] blast furnace: F - furnace S - smooth stone (can be obtained by smelting regular stone, smelted from cobblestone) I - iron ingot [ I ][ I ][ I ] [ I ][ F ][ I ] [ S ][ S ][ S ] BONUS TIP: remember the pointed dripstone you collected an episode ago? place it on a ceiling and break the supporting block above it(deals massive damage, so use with caution) i apologize for overwhelming you lol
Hi, so a few things -the bad omen potion activates a raid when in a village so dont use it until you are prepared, preferably full diamond -boats negate all fall damage if you are in it while its falling -diamond tools and gear are no longer the best armor but they are essential to getting it -And finally, diamonds get more and more common the deeper you are, y -11 is good but for the best results go to y -58, you will also find bedrock here but no worries. Just run away if you hear a screech and you go blind
It’s refreshing to see a calm, slow let’s play after TH-cam has been mostly ruled by fast, one episode videos for Minecraft. Makes me want to play this game again
Killing a pillager that has a banner will give you a bad omen potion when you drink it,you will get a bad omen effect.this means that the next time you go into a village, the pillagers will raid the village you're in
Useful tips: 1. If you ever fall in the overworld, if you time it right you can use a water bucket to catch your fall and you won’t take damage. However, if you are in the nether, use a bucket of powdered snow because a water bucket doesn’t work there. The water bucket does work in the end dimension though. 2. You can find more diamonds when you go deeper underground in caves. Most of the diamonds are found in deepslate. 3. You can craft a golden apple that gives you two extra hearts (12 in total). You can craft them by getting an apple (from trees) and put it in the middle of the crafting table. Then you put 8 gold ingots (not raw) all around the apple and you’re done! P.S. you can make a golden carrot the same way as the apple, except replace the apple with a carrot and replace the gold ingots with gold nuggets (make gold nuggets by putting a gold ingot in the crafting table, for one gold ingot you get 9 gold nuggets.
I already posted some of this on the other video, but I think it could still be helpful. Enchantment: For the best enchantments, you have to put 15 bookshelves around the enchantment table and have to have 30 levels. You may want to build a small mob grinder to get the xp. If you don't like any of the available enchantments on any given piece of equipment you should check the other ones too to see if they have a good one, and if you enchant one thing it should reset the options on all of your other things. Villagers: Since you seem to be pretty close to that village, it can remove a lot of the hassle with villagers. You no longer need to painstakingly bring them to your base. Villagers can have different jobs based on the type of work block you place down. Using a lectern turns them into librarians. These, in my opinion, are the most useful villager. They give you enchanted books which are very good so you don't have to deal with looking for specific enchantments with the table, plus it makes it so you can add more enchantments after your initial one with the enchantment table. I mostly use other villager types to get the emeralds I need for the books, which you get through trading various materials. You can reset their jobs and what they trade by breaking their block that they are connected to, only if they haven't been traded with yet, though. I would suggest penning each villager up in a small area of their own so you don't have to go around the village looking for the right one, if you do wind up using them that is. Other: The caves got buffed during the caves and cliffs update, so there are lots of big caves like the one you found. They're very good for materials but they are also very easy to get lost in, so I usually write down the coordinates to my house, that way if I get lost in the cave I can just dig my way out and use the cords to find my way back home, also good for if you get lost any other way. I would also write down the cords for any other cool things you find that you might want to come back to. I would also suggest having a bucket of water in your hotbar at all times, if you fall you can place it right below you just before you hit the ground and you won't take any damage, and for cave exploring so if there is a big drop off you can place the water down at the top and you can just swim back up when you're done, instead of having to make a staircase. If you only place your torches on one side of a cave system, you can follow them back much easier by keeping them on the other side of you on your way back. Sorry it's so long. Hopefully, this is helpful.
Yo bro, i dont wanna spoil 2 much but the reason u need the boat in the nether is so that u can lure endermen into the boat cuz that way u can kill them and they wont teleport. The reason for the boots is that there are some *enemies* that kill you if you dont have gold or hit them. You can also give them gold by dropping it on the floor or right clicking on them. "Why should i give them gold?" You may ask and its cause they can give you stuff back from water bottles to fire resistance potions to enderpearls and etc. Make sure to like this comment so that yub sees it and it could help him for the nether
This advice is from the previous video, about where you got your amethyst from. That large sphere of amethyst is called an amethyst geode. You should only take the amethyst from the LARGE crystals, because they only grow from the specific blocks, and the source blocks CANNOT be picked up (even with silk touch from what I’ve heard) which can cause the geode to no longer produce amethyst shards. Amethyst has one little neiche use with copper to create a telescope, which despite what people say, I actually think is really cool
Try mining around the diamonds, they may connect through other blocks. “Veins” so they connect through a block. Also, try practicing water bucket cluches (where u drop water on the ground below u before u fall) also please find a big mountain and go find a cave below. Theres something really awesome down there (wink wink nudge nudge)
yub here are some more tips: 1. beware of the night dragons: Phantoms. 2. you can plant the berries too! 3. COPPER IS USLESS! 4. if you jump on dripstone, you take damage. 5. There are now new nether biomes!
In case you’re wondering what makes your Minecraft videos unique, it’s the fact that everything’s new to you and it’s fresh and fun to watch someone discover tons of new things
fun fact! depending on what biome the wolf spawns in, they have a different texture now! not useful for beating the game but just something you may wanna go find if you so desire also you can use a stone cutter (3 stone and one iron to craft) you can make the different stone varients (slabs, stairs, chiseled stone blocks) for cheaper. it just saves time gathering stone and also just looks cool.
Useful tip because I saw how you crafted something at 20:17 You know you can hold the right click to put down one item in every square you hover over, BUT if you hold both mouse buttons you can spread an entire stack of items equally in a crafting bench Tip 2: eating food when you’re almost full is actually useful because it stacks on top of your full hunger bar, therefore you’ll be able to stay at full hunger for longer and be able to regenerate faster
Minecraft doesn't have an ending, the ender dragon is the final boss but you can keep going like going to end cities and getting elytra and *f l y i n g* Edit: 10:39 don't drink the ominous bottle if you're not ready for a village raid. If you do drink it, don't go into a village until the effect wears off unless you want to start a raid
Bad Omen creates an event when in specific areas. 1. When you go to a village your curse turns to Raid Omen and a pillager raid starts. Ravagers and pillagers spawn killing literally every thing in their way. 2. I personally have no idea what a non-ominous trial spawner is but if you go near it Bad Omen turns into Trial Omen.
10:47 Bad Omen is only useful for when in a village, it'll start a raid, with at least 3 - 5 waves from what I remember, those guys with crossbows are called Pillagers, there's also vindicators and Evokers, along with Ravagers that are all involved in the raid, along with the Witches too (hope this help! + love ur content)
The things that spawn if you don't sleep are phantoms, really annoying bat-like things that attack you for not sleeping. They are useful as they drop membranes which you can use to repair an elytra (gliding device) if you get one from an End City ship. Mossy cobblestone can be found on the surface in spruce forests to form "boulders". You can make mushroom stew (you need a bowl, a brown mushroom, and a red mushroom which is a little bit less common). The Bad Omen effect causes a raid (a battle of sorts) to begin if you enter a village. It used to be a mandatory effect which you received upon killing a Pillager captain, but now it comes in a bottle so it's optional (a controversial and somewhat unpopular change). 15:19 You can craft enchanted books by using a regular book and lapis lazuli via an enchantment table. You can also get them by fishing (decently uncommon but still viable if you're patient enough), or in chests in strongholds, dungeons, etc, or trading with villagers. 17:10 Villagers have different jobs. Librarian (buys paper and books, sells enchanted books, bookshelves, etc), butcher (buys raw meat and other food, sells better meals like stews), these are just two examples. The basic system is: villager buys something from you with emeralds, then you buy something from villager with emeralds. 18:20 DO NOT ATTACK BEES. They will swarm you, give you the poison effect, and then die soon after (realistic seeing as bees in real life will die after stinging). Bees are useful. Put a fireplace under the hive, the smoke will placate them and you can harvest honey from the hive (using an empty bottle, can be used straight up as a food source or turned into three sugars), or honeycomb (harvested by tapping on the hive with shears, can be used to craft candles or wax copper items and prevent weathering). 27:54 Cave spiders spawn specifically in mineshafts, so don't worry about running into those nasty things in regular caves or otherwise. 34:46 That's a warped forest. You can get some pretty nice looking teal wood by chopping down the "trees" (which I believe are actually big fungi). There's also crimson fungi which can be turned into crimson wood (which is a really fancy purple colour). My final piece of advice is to collect and keep a bit more gold ingots. You can use this to barter with piglins in the nether. My final final piece of advice: You can parry ghast attacks! I'm sure you have plenty of practice after playing ultrakill lol, try and hit back their fire charges with your sword.
I know that many other people are writing useful comments but make a chicken hole. This means lure 2 chickens into a big hole or pen and breed them, infinite food & feathers.
the bad omen potion will trigger a raid when drank if you're within proximity of a village. Raids are essentially when a little group of those pillagers that you fought go and attack a village. There really is no point in drinking it if you arent prepared for a fight, or if you're looking to farm XP and villager discounts. ALSO. a cool little thing called 'netherite' exists now. It's much stronger than diamonds, and is incredibly hard to get. But you'll know when you see it.
one thing that makes this easier to watch is that you don't have the add on I have which makes the game a horror game and I'm constantly living in fear of the evils out there.
*Random facts to help you get better at the game* : 8:03 mossy cobble is regular in that type of biome known as a spruce taiga, 9:13 you have to light the block below the mob for it to catch fire but for creepers you can also right click them with a flint and steel to explode them, you can open chat and hover your cursor over the achievment to see how you got it, 17:29 blast furnaces and smokers are just better furnaces but smokers can only cook food with blasts only smelting ore, but they cant do some things like making glass or making smooth stone so its best to keep 1 of each, 17:54 sometimes blacksmiths will spawn in villages when you find one and you can tell its a blacksmith if it has lava and stuff outside, black smiths have the best loot out of every house in the village, 18:05 that is a composter which if you have leftover seeds after farming you can put them in there to get bonemeal which is kinda just fertilizer used to quickly grow things if you dont wanna wait, also if you dont like how slow you walk up and down the mining stairs you can dig out 2 more blocks up for each stair and put some stairs (the block) there 28:25 you can find lava lakes above ground pretty frequently if you actually search for them
First off, the potion of Bad Omen is how you Acquire the Bad Omen affect, which, upon entering a Trial Chamber (you don't need to know about that) or Village, will trigger an event, which typically are difficult to complete, but can give you pretty good loot. Second off, they changed the ideal Diamond mining level; if you want diamonds, head to anywhere between Y: -53, and Y: -59, then do a technique known as Strip Mining. To pull this off, mine a 200 x 100 block rectangle on its perimeter, then mine tunnels (2 blocks high, and 1 block wide) that are 5 blocks apart from one another (including the perimeter tunnels), and whenever you feel like coming back to the strip mine, mine a tunnel (same size) at the third block between each tunnel.
it may see you, but you may not see it. it resides in the dark, where you shan't make a bark. it makes a golem cower, therefore it is overpowered. be wary of the Warden, else you shall pay.
10:42 the ominous bottle is used for if you wanted to start a raid. To start a raid go into a village drink the bottle which will give you bad omen starting the raid. The mods that will spawn in the raid can be pillagers, ravagers, witches, vindicators, and evokers. The benefits of completing a raid is the loot you get from killing the raiders, villagers will drop some free loot, and you will get the hero of the village effect decreasing the emeralds required for the first item traded by 30%. 👍
Tips: If you see a zombie villager, you can cure them by splashing them with a weakness potion (made from brewing a fermented spider eye (brown mushroom, sugar, spider eye) in a bottle of water (three glass)) and then by feeding them a golden apple (eight gold bars one apple) by right clicking. They will shake violent (aka boogie down for a bit) for a few minutes and then suddenly turn into a villager. This process doesn't work with regular zombies. Trading with villagers is a good way to get items if you can't be bother getting them yourself. I recommend building a massive MASSIVE auto farm for wheat or something and then leave your game running to auto generate wheat for you (much easier said then done). You can then trade said wheat to villagers for emeralds and then trade the emeralds back to them for other junk. Trading with villagers with level them up, and basically unlock more trading options. If you build houses, villagers will claim houses for their own and will make more villagers if there is space for them. I recommend either putting them in a boat, so they can't move or making a little hole for them to spend eternity in. Trading isn't very good and is very time consuming unless your doing some automation junk... Speaking of villagers... When I was younger, I would play minecraft with my niece and we would call the villagers "testificates"... I wondered over to her secret base she didn't want me to see in our creative world and it was a horror show... The villagers were trapped in the walls, some on fire... it was a nightmare which was all the funnier cause she was like 4...
You can repair tools and armor by combining the same kind in your crafting inventory, but you lose all of their enchantments. You can use an anvil instead to keep all their enchantments, but that will cost experience levels. I haven’t played Minecraft in a long time too, so I don’t know how out of date this information is.
The potion of bad omen is used when you come across these underground places that are like the ruins with the ender portal in them, but called trials, where you can use the potion to trigger certain event that gets you really good loot. If you're planning to just end the series when you beat it then dont bother, but it's definitely fun and interesting.
Tips and some explanations for you, I’ll try to keep them spoiler free as much as possible. Pillagers: Killing them gave you the option of bad omen, drink it and go to a village if you want war. Villagers: you can use a lectern to force the villagers to become librarians, trading for enchants. Useful to get the highest level enchants easily as well as a book of mending. The nether: The blue forest you saw is called the warped forest, endermen are spawning there a lot so it’s an easy way to get pearls. There’s also the red forest which is inhabited by piglins and hoglins. For piglins you want to wear something gold to prevent them from attacking as well as you can give them gold bars for trades! Cooking & smelting: You can craft a blast furnace which you saw in the village, you can also just steal it lol. It smelts super fast and is a good time saver. If you want to cook food faster then you can make the smoker. For the enchanting table you might want to make a sugarcane farm as well as a cow farm, it’ll help with the bookshelves. Can’t wait for more videos of the series, it’s quite nice and relaxing to watch! I wish Jude to get better soon. Take care and have a bye five till the next one!
Hello yub i am a huge fan of yours i have some tips for you 1. The screaming blocks and black goo are something you shouldn't hang around 2. You should make a lot of stone pickaxes because there cheap to make so get a lot for strip mining 3. For strip mines you should make multiple rows 4. If you encounter the warden crouch because it is noise detected its blind so be quiet if you find it 5. In the nether try to throw some gold at the piglins
Just tip. Don't get super freaked out if you hear strange noises in the caves. Most of them are mobs, but they're the new cave noises that just occur when you are in a dark/dim place
oh man i remember when you quit your job, played night in the woods, yubnautica, and everything else, but havent seen a vid in 5 years or so. crazy to see your still around and doing well, very dope
Hey! Quick mining ore tip I saw in a video that worked for me. Diamonds commonly come in one veins, but if you mind in all blocks around it, you can sometimes find more hidden around it. It's worked for me, but it doesn't always work for every vein. Hope this helps!
For the coal situation: After the cave update, the ore distribution has been changed a bunch, making some ores actually more common at higher elevations, such as mountaintops or caves close to the surface, such as coal. You should try searching mountains for caves if you need large amounts of coal. Also, I remember you mentioning a while back that you wanted to make a "Minecraft with guns" series. Well, if you still wish to do that, I recommend this amazing modpack by the name of "Cursed Walking"; it's a zombie apocalypse, complete with guns, but for Minecraft! Could be fun. Your call.
Hey yub, just so you know passive mobs like pigs, sheep, cows only spawn during the day. To set animals on fire (lol) you have to place the fire on the ground Cleric villagers have a trade for ender pearls Farmers sell some REALLY GOOD food ( golden carrots ) 25:58 that’s just a fish💀 Axolotls help you fight underwater (hostile) mobs, they are also pretty darn cute. They can breath out of water btw Mobs spawn even if there are torches in the nether
Heres a tip on the nether: Here is the updates: we're gonna start on the pig men. Type 1: zombified piglins, they're just the old zombie pigmen that act the same. Sure you seen em. They have they're arms out forward like a zombie. Just dont attack them and they dont attack you! Type 2: piglin These are the ones you haven't seen. they attack you unless certain conditions: wearing one piece of gold armor. But do Not take the gold off. There's some things that make them attack you even with golden armor. Theres random gold ores around in netherrack that drop small gold nuggets. Do not mine them.. do not open chests near piglins either. If they see you open one, hide becuz they go attack you. Next topic: NETHER BIOMES. That blue forest you saw? Thats the warped forest. Enderman are common to spawn there, I recommend you go there to get ender pearls. Just make a two block tall little room that enderman cant fit in. And kill them, try to lead them there if they aren't coming.. There's also a red version called the crimson forest. It is just an area you can find purple wood in. (Warped forest has blue wood!) I heavily recommend you play in peaceful difficulty while inside the nether. Untill you find a blaze spawner or go to the warped forest to kill enderman. Monsters dont spawnin peaceful mode! (Some do. But they are nice in peaceful mode. And wont attack you. All monsters disappear when peaceful difficulty is on. Also I recommend to do easy difficulty aswell. You can change difficulty inside of the *menu* if you dont know where to change it. (Bad guys still spawn in peaceful mode). Once you find a structure with red bricks. Which is a nether fortress. Sometimes has good loot. Can even. Have diamonds! Not guaranteed but you might find some chests in the hallway, Go to that nether fortress and look for a block with fire particles (unless you know whata spawner looks like.) simply build a cage out of cobblestone or cobbled deepelate so no ghasts interfere. And make a safety area blocked off from blazes and other hallways to prevent piglins or wither Skeletons from attacking you (wither skeletons are dark skeletons with a stone sword.) DO NOT GET HIT BY ONE AT ALL COSTS. Getting hit by a wither skeleton WILL give you the wither effect, basically like poison. But does not leave you with one health, it straight up kills you. Block off all hallways when fighting blazes. Also, maybe make a cauldron and put it in your safety room. Put water in it. Water does not disappear in the nether if places in a cauldron (click on cauldron with water bucket) and if your set on fire. Try to go into the cauldron to stop burning! (It might be tricky to get in. But it should work.) Once you have the pearls and blaze rods. Turn the blaze rods into blaze power. (Put blaze rod in crafting grid and it should have blaze powder being shown that you can craft, once turned into powder. Put the pearls and blaze powder into the crafting grid. And make eyes of ender, throw it in the *right click it* and follow where it goes untill it goes downwards. You should see stone brick if you found it.. (stronghold is underground). Try to find the portal room, place a bed next to the portal and click the bed to set your respawn point. Point the ender eyes into the portal frames and it should open.. i recommend you try to prepare more. Before fighting the _ender dragon_ like get golden apples.. and other stuff for preparation But wait! More nether talk. You might encounter a black brick structure. It has good loot (sometimes) but i do NOT RECOMMEND YOU ENTER THERE. theres lot of dangerous stuff there. Holes... And lots. And lots of lava, you could encounter a soul sand valley. It is a place where regular skeletons spawn alot. Just dont go there (its a brown biome) because its just kinda trash. Here's some quick information about the "talking blocks blue black." Stuff. It's a biome called the deep dark, do not explore it. And if you find one. CROUCH AND DO NOT BREAK OR PLACE BLOCKS MUCH UNLESS NEEDED.. MAKING TOO MUCH NOISE WILL ACTIVATE A SHRIEKER. There is 3 strikes. And the forrh time the shrieker goes off. The warden will spawn. It will eventually find you unless you escape far enough. It will despawn. And it aLWAYS KNOWS WHERE YOU ARE ONCE IT HEARS YOU, THE WARDEN HAS A BLAST ATTACK THAT GOES. THEOU ANYTHING. AND COULD EASILY KILL YOU. Heres a simple side quest for the next episode: Redesign your house a little. In the corners ofyour house. Replace with logs facing upwards. And use wood for the walls. It will look a little nicer. Maybe use cobblestone for the roof? And.. maybe go grab some oak wood for the floor (optional. Can just keep it grass). Thanks for reading. And YuB, if your Reading this I hope you found this comment helpful! yeah your videos are funny
Tip: If you want to get down from high spaces safely, just place a boat down and fall down while riding on it to break your fall. But be careful tho cuz if you fall down from a place that is too high while on the boat you can die.
the bad omen potion can be used to start a raid when around villagers or make a spawner in a trial chamber upgrade itself(Trial chamber is a new structure underground)
TIP: there are now new furnaces, a normal one can smelt anything but it is rather slow, you can craft a smoker and a blast furnace. These are both just furnaces, but a smoker only cooks food, and a blast furnace only smelts ores, but they do it at double the speed. Smoker: Furnace, x4 Log (any) Blast furnace: Furnace, x5 Iron Ingot, x3 smooth stone Smooth stone: Throw three cobblestone in a furnace, then smelt them again. Hope this helps
USEFUL TIPS BASED ON THINGS YOU MENTIONED IN THE VIDEO :D
(Again, a pretty high level area so you'll need decent gear.)
8. Villagers are INSANELY OP now, you can get infinite emeralds, infinite diamond gear, and any enchantment you want from them. (I'd recommend looking up guides because setting up a trading hall extends the scope of the comment section)
I hope YuB sees this
he definitely does need to see this

I am SHAKING at you saying "I want to find the blue and black goo that talks" man, you DO NOT want to go there. That place is a nightmare that sings the dark to you.
This makes me want to find it more lol
@@YuBim literally so offended
I literally am black goo
Edit: like literally
@@YuB a little spoiler,
some of the black and blue is fine unless if it has a shrieker in it (you can tell because it shrieks), the warden will kill you no matter how strong you are
@@YuB beware the black and blue goo man
@@bunbun701 no, it can also spawn a warden if it doesn’t have a structure as long as there’s the scream things
About blocks that talk:
They aren’t usually too bad. It’s the scream of a thousands that decides your fate.
i know what you're referring to, and yet that still gave me chills lol
what the sheldon cooper.why did u have to make that mob sound so scary 😭
man i remember when i went up to a diamond ore, but then it started talking and i just peed all over my computer it was the funniest thing ever
Yeah! This is the first comment that isn't just spreading misinformation! Like 11 is not the best level even if you're strip mining its negative 52
59***
TIPS:
1. beware the man who lurks the caves
2. the spooky thing that will happen if you don't sleep for 3 days are called phantoms. they appear as hallucinations and can kill you very easily due to being able to fly
3. you can cook the animals if you push it into the fire and if it isn't raining
4. enchanting tables are super overpowered and can create stronger armor and tools
5. water will not work in the nether
6. there is only a small chance you can tame a wolf with 1 bone
i don't think you should refer it as "man", more of "being", as everything else is.

Back again, new tips for stuff you asked about:
Furnaces - You found a blast furnace!
Useful ones, and their blocks:
>librarian - sells magical books, block: lectern
>cartographer - (these are fun) sells maps to strange structures, block: cartography table
>Fletcher - sells magical arrows, block: Fletching table
There are others too, place some blocks n test it out!
Anyway, if you want you could mine for ore deep in the nether. You might find something! Have fun ;)
(also new isaac update play it lol)
8:52 Get a red one, brown, and a bowl and you have mushroom stew. And let's just say if you add a flower you get some "interesting" effects.
add a dandelion and it helps a LOT

13:47 the best level for finding diamonds WAS -11, but now it’s around -53
As someone who has not looked into this, I can confirm
wait SINCE WHEN
CAVES AND CLIFFS.

You can trade with them by throwing them gold ore
In order to find blazes, you need to find a fortress (a large structure made of nether brick) and endermen will spawn in the blue forests in the nether.
Also axolotls do nothing but look cute
24:41 YO WAIT THAT AXOLOTL IS SUPER RARE
i think thats not the rare puuple variant but it still looks gorgeous
Thats not the rare one! The blue is only from breeding
Im colorblind
So basically, you ran into pilgers, whom are hostile. they drop bad omen bottles, which when you drink them near a village, prepare for war.
Also, in the nether, I heard a rumor that if you dig around.. I don't know, Y-13 or somethin like that, you can find some nice debris. pretty ancient. but you didn't hear it from me.
pillagers*
Bad omen bottles? I thought they just give you an effect.
@@Alcatonicthey do
I know what the really ominous comment at the beginning of the video was talking about!!
By the way, remove the blocks above you on the staircase so you dont hit your head constantly, its much faster
I've been sick this whole week, but your first video of the new minecraft series really cheered me up so I'm excited for this one lol. It's nice to see someone going in pretty much blind, the new updates have been crazy.
18:06 that’s a composter you can put plants in it to make bonemeal which you can use to grow more plants- also love your videos yub 👍
TIPS: FASTEST WAY TO GET INFINITY BOW go to a villager put a lectern near him (crafted by using book and wooden slabs) break it again and again till it gives u the infinity book ur looking for
If u get an enchanting table try getting protection on ur armor that is the best enchant
If u are afraid to kill an enderman place a boat near it, it will get stuck and then u can easily kill it
If u find a nether fortress search for nether wart (looks like red beans) by using it with a brewing stand u can make fire resistant potions and other cool potions
Also if u find diamonds dig a lil around it maybe u will find more u will find diamods more in caves rather than strip mining
During ur adventure in cave if u find green blocks stay crouched dont make sound or u will summon someone worse than the ender dragon
They added like dungeon/trails in minecraft if ur lucky u will encounter them
PLS LIKE SO YUB CAN SEE ❤
Thank u y'all for the likes ❤
9:06 you can burn them, but not directly, u have to place it under the mobs so u burn them and u dont have to cook
2. You’re in a biome that will spawn mossy cobblestone
3. You should make a staircase. It makes going up and down faster
4. Axolotls can help kill guardians which are creatures that spawn in ocean monuments

If you ever go into a village, DO NOT drink the bad omen potion. Just trust me.
The banner is just a cool thing
Also, the boat thing, mobs cant exit boats, meaning they cant move towards you to hurt you if in a boat, which is really good.
The villager thing, certian blocks give villagers certain jobs to trade with them.

What the nether portal doin'?
FYI: You can pre-cook meats from mobs by using flint and steel, or fire-aspect sword/axe (which comes from enchanting).
. Bad Omen makes you start raids when entering a village
. To "respectfully" steal villagers, use either a minecart and rails or spend decades traversing them via boats, and yes, people do use them for trades
. Make it a goal to make a new base! (please) using wood and cobble is the simplest
. Axolotls are pretty cool, you can tame them with fish or build a cage with them. They attack fish for you
THAT'S ACTUALLY SICK
Dnd ahh
You should start a cow farm, and also make a sugarcane farm, these farms are really important if you want to trade with villagers. Since you need paper and leather to make books. You need the books to make lecterns which allow you to make the villagers into librarians.
Some more tips: In the sound options, you can enable subtitles, which show the sounds and their directions, with red and brown mushrooms, plus a bowl, you can make mushroom soup! And just in case you dont know, diamonds are more common when not exposed to air blocks, so water caves are more useful for finding them.
Here’s some tips
1: Diamonds Spawn more commonly in places with less exposure
2: Bring beds to the nether so you can get Netherite
3: Netherite Is better than diamonds and you need a smithing table to upgrade diamond tools to Netherite.
4: You can add armor trims to Armor
5:you can Trade with a Mob in the Nether to get ender pearls.
6:Under any circumstances If you see blue and black in a Cave Turn around there is a very powerful mob that can kill you in one hit
WAKE UP YUP POSTED
NO WAY I LOVE YUP CONTENT 💗
we don't watch your videos for the games, we watch them for the comedy
Axolotls don’t really do anything except look cute. You can keep them as pets though. Here’s a tip: water on top of lava makes obsidian. Lava on top of water makes cobblestone.
Ahhhh, I was late to the last video to give tips. Better late than never though, right? Anyways, here’s something you oughtta know when setting up enchantments, as you’re likely doing that soon:
For the best results, use at least 15 bookshelves around your enchantment table so you can get the best tier of enchantments - level 30.
👍
These are the enchantments you'll want to prioritize for various items:
1. Sharpness and Smite are good for swords
2. Efficiency and fortune are good for pickaxes
3. Protection is the best for armor
4. Power is good for bows (Infinity is extremely good, but it's much rarer)
5. Unbreaking and Mending are good for everything
I like eggs
🥚🐣
good for you man
Tips: Take the haybales and wheat crops from the village.
I actually couldn't wait to watch this series, like I was dissapointed when your newest drop wasn't minecraft. I can't wait for more!!!
Yoooo you actually did another part! So glad that you're committing to this, it's gonna be a fun series, I can tell.
heres pretty much a crash course on the new stuff you can use:
- hover over your weapons to see their attack info (more attack speed = less cooldown, maybe practice using an axe)
- the reason you bring a boat with you is from the fact that mobs automatically mount them when close enough, they then become glued in the boat forever making them an easy kill(even endermen)
- by putting a piece of string over a piece of leather in your crafting menu, you can make a bundle, an item which stores a total of 64 items in one slot(you can put pretty much anything in there to save inventory space)
- furnaces now have new variants: blast furnaces and smokers, both can only cook a specific type of ingredient at twice the speed (blast smelts ores faster, smoker cooks food faster, crafting recipes can be seen below)
- diamonds actually generate more frequently the further down you are in the world, making bedrock level the best layer to strip mine(Y -58)
- in the nether, there are new pig people that differ from zombie pigmen, try dropping gold ingots infront of them

BONUS TIP:
remember the pointed dripstone you collected an episode ago? place it on a ceiling and break the supporting block above it(deals massive damage, so use with caution)
i apologize for overwhelming you lol
Hi, so a few things
-the bad omen potion activates a raid when in a village so dont use it until you are prepared, preferably full diamond
-boats negate all fall damage if you are in it while its falling
-diamond tools and gear are no longer the best armor but they are essential to getting it
-And finally, diamonds get more and more common the deeper you are, y -11 is good but for the best results go to y -58, you will also find bedrock here but no worries. Just run away if you hear a screech and you go blind
It’s refreshing to see a calm, slow let’s play after TH-cam has been mostly ruled by fast, one episode videos for Minecraft. Makes me want to play this game again
TODAY IN MINECRAFT, I FARTED, AND A POOPY, ALMOST SLIPPED OUT. 😱😱😱🤯🤯😠😻😻😻😒🤨🤢😍😍🥰🥰😘😘
9:44 Metal Gear Minecraft on the Pillagers lol
Killing a pillager that has a banner will give you a bad omen potion when you drink it,you will get a bad omen effect.this means that the next time you go into a village, the pillagers will raid the village you're in
Useful tips:
Enchantment:
For the best enchantments, you have to put 15 bookshelves around the enchantment table and have to have 30 levels. You may want to build a small mob grinder to get the xp. If you don't like any of the available enchantments on any given piece of equipment you should check the other ones too to see if they have a good one, and if you enchant one thing it should reset the options on all of your other things.
Villagers:
Since you seem to be pretty close to that village, it can remove a lot of the hassle with villagers.
Other:
The caves got buffed during the caves and cliffs update, so there are lots of big caves like the one you found.
The ominous potion makes you begin a raid in a village 10:51
This advice is from the previous video, about where you got your amethyst from.
That large sphere of amethyst is called an amethyst geode. You should only take the amethyst from the LARGE crystals, because they only grow from the specific blocks, and the source blocks CANNOT be picked up (even with silk touch from what I’ve heard) which can cause the geode to no longer produce amethyst shards.
Amethyst has one little neiche use with copper to create a telescope, which despite what people say, I actually think is really cool
Easily the best Minecraft lets play on youtube
Try mining around the diamonds, they may connect through other blocks. “Veins” so they connect through a block.
Also, try practicing water bucket cluches (where u drop water on the ground below u before u fall)
also please find a big mountain and go find a cave below. Theres something really awesome down there (wink wink nudge nudge)
I just love watching people causally playing Minecraft in 2024 (especially when they are completely clueless) it's so nice and enjoyable!
yub here are some more tips:
1. beware of the night dragons: Phantoms.
2. you can plant the berries too!
27:57 creeper waiting to pounce in the tunnel
I haven't seen this channel in forever! And suddenly you're playing Minecraft?! What did I miss?!?
fun fact! depending on what biome the wolf spawns in, they have a different texture now! not useful for beating the game but just something you may wanna go find if you so desire
also you can use a stone cutter (3 stone and one iron to craft) you can make the different stone varients (slabs, stairs, chiseled stone blocks) for cheaper. it just saves time gathering stone and also just looks cool.
Useful tip because I saw how you crafted something at 20:17
You know you can hold the right click to put down one item in every square you hover over, BUT if you hold both mouse buttons you can spread an entire stack of items equally in a crafting bench
Tip 2: eating food when you’re almost full is actually useful because it stacks on top of your full hunger bar, therefore you’ll be able to stay at full hunger for longer and be able to regenerate faster
I love that this series is slow paced! Take your time exploring and learning new things!
Minecraft doesn't have an ending, the ender dragon is the final boss but you can keep going like going to end cities and getting elytra and *f l y i n g*
Edit: 10:39 don't drink the ominous bottle if you're not ready for a village raid.
*Random facts to help you get better at the game* :
8:03 mossy cobble is regular in that type of biome known as a spruce taiga,
9:13 you have to light the block below the mob for it to catch fire but for creepers you can also right click them with a flint and steel to explode them,
you can open chat and hover your cursor over the achievment to see how you got it,
17:29 blast furnaces and smokers are just better furnaces but smokers can only cook food with blasts only smelting ore, but they cant do some things like making glass or making smooth stone so its best to keep 1 of each,
17:54 sometimes blacksmiths will spawn in villages when you find one and you can tell its a blacksmith if it has lava and stuff outside, black smiths have the best loot out of every house in the village,
18:05 that is a composter which if you have leftover seeds after farming you can put them in there to get bonemeal which is kinda just fertilizer used to quickly grow things if you dont wanna wait,
also if you dont like how slow you walk up and down the mining stairs you can dig out 2 more blocks up for each stair and put some stairs (the block) there
28:25 you can find lava lakes above ground pretty frequently if you actually search for them
First off, the potion of Bad Omen is how you Acquire the Bad Omen affect, which, upon entering a Trial Chamber (you don't need to know about that) or Village, will trigger an event, which typically are difficult to complete, but can give you pretty good loot. Second off, they changed the ideal Diamond mining level; if you want diamonds, head to anywhere between Y: -53, and Y: -59, then do a technique known as Strip Mining. To pull this off, mine a 200 x 100 block rectangle on its perimeter, then mine tunnels (2 blocks high, and 1 block wide) that are 5 blocks apart from one another (including the perimeter tunnels), and whenever you feel like coming back to the strip mine, mine a tunnel (same size) at the third block between each tunnel.
it may see you, but you may not see it. it resides in the dark, where you shan't make a bark. it makes a golem cower, therefore it is overpowered. be wary of the Warden, else you shall pay.
to find the warden, you must find mountains, and if they have snow, mining down brings you to his den.
Tips:
If you see a zombie villager, you can cure them by splashing them with a weakness potion (made from brewing a fermented spider eye (brown mushroom, sugar, spider eye) in a bottle of water (three glass)) and then by feeding them a golden apple (eight gold bars one apple) by right clicking.
Pillagers:
Killing them gave you the option of bad omen, drink it and go to a village if you want war.
Villagers: you can use a lectern to force the villagers to become librarians, trading for enchants. Useful to get the highest level enchants easily as well as a book of mending.
The nether:
The blue forest you saw is called the warped forest, endermen are spawning there a lot so it’s an easy way to get pearls. There’s also the red forest which is inhabited by piglins and hoglins. For piglins you want to wear something gold to prevent them from attacking as well as you can give them gold bars for trades!
Cooking & smelting:
You can craft a blast furnace which you saw in the village, you can also just steal it lol.
I'm digging this laid back chill Minecraft Yub. It's giving slight Bob Ross painting vibes...at times. 😅😊
When traversing the deep dark, silence is key...
Hello yub i am a huge fan of yours i have some tips for you
1. The screaming blocks and black goo are something you shouldn't hang around
2. You should make a lot of stone pickaxes because there cheap to make so get a lot for strip mining
3. For strip mines you should make multiple rows
4. If you encounter the warden crouch because it is noise detected its blind so be quiet if you find it
5. In the nether try to throw some gold at the piglins
Just tip. Don't get super freaked out if you hear strange noises in the caves. Most of them are mobs, but they're the new cave noises that just occur when you are in a dark/dim place
man normal vanilla minecraft gameplay is impossible to find these days, thank you for making this
oh man i remember when you quit your job, played night in the woods, yubnautica, and everything else, but havent seen a vid in 5 years or so. crazy to see your still around and doing well, very dope
Hey! Quick mining ore tip I saw in a video that worked for me.
Diamonds commonly come in one veins, but if you mind in all blocks around it, you can sometimes find more hidden around it. It's worked for me, but it doesn't always work for every vein.
Hope this helps!
For the coal situation:
After the cave update, the ore distribution has been changed a bunch, making some ores actually more common at higher elevations, such as mountaintops or caves close to the surface, such as coal.
To set animals on fire (lol) you have to place the fire on the ground
Cleric villagers have a trade for ender pearls
Farmers sell some REALLY GOOD food ( golden carrots )
25:58 that’s just a fish💀
Axolotls help you fight underwater (hostile) mobs, they are also pretty darn cute.
They can breath out of water btw
Mobs spawn even if there are torches in the nether
yub plays like how i imagine my grandfather would play
Heres a tip on the nether:
Here is the updates: we're gonna start on the pig men.
Type 1: zombified piglins, they're just the old zombie pigmen that act the same. Sure you seen em. They have they're arms out forward like a zombie. Just dont attack them and they dont attack you!
Type 2: piglin
These are the ones you haven't seen. they attack you unless certain conditions: wearing one piece of gold armor. But do Not take the gold off. There's some things that make them attack you even with golden armor.
Theres random gold ores around in netherrack that drop small gold nuggets. Do not mine them.. do not open chests near piglins either. If they see you open one, hide becuz they go attack you. Next topic:
NETHER BIOMES.
Before fighting the _ender dragon_ like get golden apples.. and other stuff for preparation
But wait!
Heres a simple side quest for the next episode:
Redesign your house a little. In the corners ofyour house. Replace with logs facing upwards. And use wood for the walls. It will look a little nicer. Maybe use cobblestone for the roof? And.. maybe go grab some oak wood for the floor (optional. Can just keep it grass).
Thanks for reading.
And YuB, if your Reading this
I hope you found this comment helpful!
yeah your videos are funny
Wow, I sure wrote an entire dictionary.
Smoker:
Furnace, x4 Log (any)
Blast furnace:
Furnace, x5 Iron Ingot, x3 smooth stone
Smooth stone:
Throw three cobblestone in a furnace, then smelt them again.
Hope this helps
