Up to the 6, anyone who have train basics a bit can learn them. For example, I learned today the x grip 180° in a couple of attempts. The muscle up can be tough, but with momentum not as much as a swing 360° or a super 540°. 540° is advanced, super 540° (over the bar) is legend level. The skills in the video require balls and a bit of strength, but they are definitely achievable in a few days at best.
Thanks for watching! You can do them at the same time. In a training session, I Usually start with dynamic then finish off with static (strength training)
Man, you really think these are beginner moves? I've been doing muscle-up practice and can't even do one. Some of these movements seem fairly advanced to me, LOL.
They take a little bit of practice for sure! Try the ones that seems easier. I agree, some of them are a bit advanced. Good luck with your muscle up practice! It took me a while to get it as well, but it's rewarding when you learn a new move
@@dynamicfreestyle1345 no man, it's an ok video.impresive technique as well.i just found the opportunity to crack up a bit.ve been having some rough time lately.luckaly the park in the neighborhood has some pipes.when everything fails, you can always lift yourself up with some pull-ups.stay strong brother💪

Bro I need a basic work out for doing this 🙏
Thanks for watching bro😎it is a great idea for a new video
Did you bust your nose up at the end of the video? 😬
Haha yes, well spotted Zaid! You can see the fail in my TH-cam shorts. I was not used to explaining and doing the move at the same time :/
swing gainer a beginner move?! I got some work to do man 🤣
Thanks for watching Cali! You are right it's more of a beginner to intermediate move😀 Good luck with the practice!
Looking at this gave me injuries. Not trying any of them except no.1 as a beginner.
Thanks for watching Purplanet! Good luck with no. 1!
The muscle up is not a street workout. If that's the case gymnast do street workouts also
But it's a gymnast move performed on the street🤘isn't it?
did you break your nose by the time you finished filming the video?
Thanks for watching! Well spotted Thickas! I fall on my face but didn't break my nose fortunately.

beginner my ass, bro come on be realistic, do you really think these excercises are for beginners?
Thanks for checking in! Yes, I think so, especially the first ones. Have you tried them?
This is not basic. Time waster,
Thanks for your feedback Johnny! I'm sorry that you found it too advance.
Beginner? 😂 what does advanced do then? muscle up with no hands?
Haha, I agree the last couple of tricks can be a bit overwhelming for the first go😀try the moves at the beginning of the video first!😂
