I live here and probably didn't know about half of these places. I pass by them all the time and totally ignore them. WOW thank you, now I will be giving these a closer look. And thank you for sharing about that artist, I pass by that place all the time as it's on my way home and I never knew what it was. Makes me realize how much I have taken this place for granted.
Thanks for the comment and I am glad the video encouraged you to explore more of your city. I highly recommend that beer can chicken, I still think about how good that is haha.
Across from the Napa High School is a bakery and diner called Buttercream. Across the street from that is a hidden gem, a diamond in the rough, Loller's Liquor store. Although Loller's sells alcohol, it also sells some killer ravioli and malfatti (a sausage made from the filling of ravioli).
It is actually called Lawler's Liquors. And you're right the malfatti is delicious,( but honestly it's all about the sauce,) had a dozen last night for dinner. I got some garlic twists from Round Table Pizza to go with it. Also I used to work a Buttercream Bakery (40 years ago). Still good, but "Happy's Donuts" (located in Riverpark Shopping Center here in Napa) make the best donuts ever, in my opinion. They take cash only. They open early, and are sold out and closed by noon. There is usually a line out the door. Mmm
Hope your getting paid for these videos, they are great and I want to see a ton more! I Love to take Scenic drives up the coast, and use your website exclusively. Kudos!!
I was born and raised in Napa, and I must say it is nice to see something besides just wine tasting recommendations. Westwood Hills is a nice hike, but I would also recommend Skyline Park. (It also happens to be the subject of my latest video!)
Ok so I live in Napa and the oxbow is pretty great the kitchen door is a popular restaurant in there and it’s next to the best cheese I’ve ever had and Annette’s, ohhhh Annette’s that place is the best gosh darn chocolate !
Just go to the napa bowling alley, there’s an arcade, air hockey, and pool. And Saturday nights the neon lights come on and it looks amazing, oh and it’s not a four lane😂
Favorite restaurants in downtown Napa that you didn't mention (no particular order): Morimoto, Charlie Palmer Steak, Eiko's, 8 Noodle Shop, Grace's Table, Tarla, Miminashi, Carpe Diem, and Zuzu.
I love to go to the Napa down town I always ask my parents if I could go out with my friends last time I went out at 12:00 pm and came back at home at 7pm we always skate around the place and there is like a small skate park it’s cool there
Nice recommendations! Will definitely try Beer Can Chicken and visit the 9/11 art. Honorable Mentions?: Yountville's Bouchon and this Water Geyser I came across in St Helena
Also, surprised you didn't notice the Oxbow Market's similarities to the Ferry Building in San Francisco. I am told it is the same architect. I am also betting that Gott's being next door is not a coincidence.

Both great spots, I love Bouchon, especially the bakery!
