Bunn Ultra-2 Position Sensor Error Repair

This broadcast will go over the diagnosis and repair of a Bunn Ultra-2 Slush machine. This machine was not freezing on the left side due to it have a Left Sensor error message on the display. I will guide you through the process of removing the rear motor panel, removing the drive motor and the shaft assembly. I will go over the cleaning of the evaporator cylinder and the replacement of the position sensor board which was damaged. I will go over replacing the front shaft assembly bushing and the front shaft seal. Then you will learn how to enter the service mode and check the Torque & Temp readings so that you can know how to confirm that the machine is freezing down properly.
