Your family will give you more love if you communicate well with them. They have some applications like Duolingo, they have a HSK test, online classes. You can ask your husband to register you in Chinese classes. When I see your mother in law, she wants to tell you many things but the language barriers is still there. I encourage you to make an effort. 😊
