So what genius designed this? I can see the back of and barely get my hands on it. But can't grip it be able to twist and remove it.

Me too! And I'm a woman so my hands are not as big. And of course the bulb goes out when it's freezing out! Will try again tomorrow when it's a little warmer!

You know how the front lights kind of look like an eye? How do you place the part where it looks like an eyeball?

Did not work for 2011 sonata limited. Removed the panel but no bulb to twist out.
