it's probably not properly set to the rounds ballistic but it's probably going to be useful, i used custom sights for spaa similar to that and it is insanely useful especially for 20 mm for long range straight flight
9L and R-60M isn't flare resistant These planes are really high BR bombers... their air to air capabilities is kinda bad So give it a slight BR increase and give R-73's and 9M's... well maybe higher for 9M's because it's really overpowered in simulator coz smokeless

Given that it's a Soviet sight, it would be set to measure a 2.7m tall tank (which is almost the perfect height for an M60 from tracks to turret roof), no idea if Gaijin actually modeled it to accurately measure anything though.
As a guy who worked with the alkhalid that cartridge case is modelled wrong. That is a 105 mm shell or 120 mm shell cartridge the 125mm is like a small bowl
