If your CD was a bit scratched the game will bug out like parts of the map wouldn't really render in the solid surface but visually it's rendered then you phase through the ground

@ 2:00 if you drive to this tracked section in free roam, on booth ends of the tracks there is a tunnel entrance with a locomotive blocking it. However, booth locos have glitched collision, one of them will stop your cars movement, but you can still speed up, (your wheels wil spin while not moving until the car is colliding with the train) while the other one instantly pushes your car away like i na car crash

The game has been altered using cheatcodes to do most of the things you see in the video. The one with the train in Vegas and chopper in Rio is from a pre-release of the game and in that version there is a lot of gamebreaking bugs. But as for the retail versions of the game I dont know of any version beeing more buggy than the other. Although... I have heard some stuff about the Spanish 1.0 version of the game having some differences but dont remember the details.
Is this running on a ps1 emulator? Because if you're playing on PC, I'd definitely recommend ReDriver2 which is a port to PC with a higher draw distance and significantly increased resolution (and 16:9 at that)

I personally prefer to run the game in the emulator. Increasing drawing distance shows some unfinished buildings, and increasing resolution makes those small graphical glitches more ugly. XD

The game is run by an emulator called ePsxe on windows 10 by compressing the gamefiles into an ISO-file. Using ePsxe I can input so called "sharkcodes" to alter the code in the game. This can also be done on actual 90's hardware but needs a gameshark adapter.
