I have been searching high and low for this loudness normalization option! Thank you.
Update: I tried exporting using the preset Apple ProRes 422 HQ HLG in the latest version of Premiere Pro and found that there's an issue after adding Loudness Normalization. Unfortunately, I believe the color space changes in the exported video when the Loudness Normalization is applied. It is likely due to a bug in Premiere Pro 25 and Beta and I have reported this to Adobe also spent an hour with them attempting to sort it without any luck.

Very helpful. If I already have a preset/favorite I use for audio processing in Audition, can that same preset be brought into Premiere? I’ve been right-clicking my audio and choosing “edit in audition” to do a lot of what you just did in Premiere. It would be nice to do everything in one place.

Great question. So in the audio track mixer, certain effects do have the ability to create and load presets. For example, the Parametric Equalizer can have a preset saved to it and then the next time you use it in a project you can recall it. But I do not believe that these presets are shared across Adobe applications. Now if you use the Essential Sound Panel in Premiere Pro and apply effects to your audio and then decide to take that premiere pro project into Adobe Audition for further tweaking, you do have the option to bring over all the effects done in Essential Sound. So for that workflow you could apply larger tweaks in premiere and then save your fine adjustments in Audition. Personally, I wish presets were shareable across all adobe apps.
