My issue with the first descendant is bunny. She is so extremely overpowered and fun to play, everyone plays her. Including me. Not to mention her, ahem, assets. There is no class balance, if you play anyone else besides bunny you are doing yourself and teammates a disservice. The game should honestly be named "The many bunnies" as that's pretty much all you see. Once this bunny hype dyes down the game dies. Mark my words. They have to do class balance or it will be their downfall.

I've seen quite many 'instigators' pronning any Destiny 2 and Warframe fans.

My useless two cents: I didn't bother with destiny 2 after the garbage lie that was destiny 1. I am a massive fan of Warframe. I don't like Nexon, I think they are greedy and dishonest. I saw the prices on The First Descendant's version of primes and capacity expanders and that confirmed my negative bias of the game. My friend wanted to give it a go, so I decided to try it too. I am 200 hours in now, and really love the game. The cash shop prices are still ridiculous, but the game is nothing too crazy when it comes to farming and crafting times, since I am used to it in Warframe. I still think Warframe is the better version in almost every way, but The First Descendant is a really really great addition to the looter/shooter genre. Really glad I gave it a go.

I hope they make the game more alive.... running around a barron place is kinda lame. theres like 1-2 patrol with three dudes roaming around... Destiny has more of an alive environment.

Using your dislike of D2 to defend a game that lets you buy crafting materials and characters is so stupid. Destiny can be over monitized AND first descendant can have bad monetiziation. If you like first descendant, thats fine but god your argument went so off the rails.
@@benstanfill363 I’m still getting used to being confident on my recordings which will get better with time, it’s gonna take some time to practice. However, I made the point to talk about how Destiny 2 has EXTREME monetization issues that put The First Descendant to shame. Destiny 2 is also a paid game with a franchise behind it, and many more other reasons that I think make it incomparable to TFD. I respect your opinion tho, thanks for commenting and watching.
@JohnnyGG- except you're missing the core thing thing.....destiny MTX are expansions mostly and cosmetics mostly which isn't even in the same field as literal pay to win that nexon is known for. You can have valid criticism for both, but make sure you distinguish the two as no one ever does. Also, the expansion constantly goes on sale, so it's really just the cosmetics
I’ve been playing Warframe since the beginning of closed beta. Been playing destiny 1 and 2 off and on since launch. I will say that TFD is in a great starting place compared to where the other 2 started at especially Warframe. Warframe was ROUGH at first. I’m a founder. I remember when there was like 2 tile sets in Warframe. I love Warframe don’t get me wrong I’ve invested a lot of money into it and don’t regret it a bit. TFD is in a good starting place. It needs plenty of work still and tons of content and honestly… I’m looking forward to it.

got 120 hours in FA, grinded for ult bunny...game is fun . I've tried destiny ..watched warframe (warframe deisgn is not for everyone - grosses me out) They not same thing... ngl the ass and tities are nice to look at wile mindlessly killing hordes of mobs. The skills on each char once u have a skill based build with cdr..feel good af. Doesnt even feel like a shooter anymore.

I respect your viewpoints, This game instantly hooked me I haven't played a looter shooter type game since D1 days(which is crazy). I think the game has a lot of potential and combined with community feedback and being strict with Nexon we can morph this game into its own thing.

It's not perfect game, but its fun game, Also the game is new and ppl need to give it a chance to improve overtime, And idk why People compare the game to Warframe, Warframe is an old game and they improve it over the years, Meanwhile TFD is very new. Also TFD have so much better characters design, and also F2P friendly, The monetization is whatever, It doesn't affect anything.

Everyone keeps saying Nexon bad but since this is my first experience with them i think they handle it very well with quick patch responses to things players give feedback to and they look at reasoning on why people play a certain way and adjust to it with playstyle changes within a week or 2. I can't think of a bad thing as of now except for lazy ass players during defense missions trying to leech, which is more of a community issue.

@@FlacoFilms I mean if you're going to be comparing the monetization of games as one of your main points then I would imagine you would want to be factually correct so that your point actually means something? Simple things like "a dungeon costs $20" is just not correct. The dungeon key may do, but you get two dungeons not one. You can still make your point if you think that's over expensive or whatever, but it needs to be factual.

@pure4963 out of the 3 Destiny 2 definitely has the worst monetization. Not only does Destiny 2 have crazy expensive cosmetics but it also separates it's own player base with the expansions that can cost as much as a standalone game. I'll also argue that destiny 2 is p2w.

Having put a lot of time into the First Descendant and Warframe (The closest two). FD does has it's own appeal and there's things I like in there. I do like how the combat feels, and I do like the low amount of mods making it so you can in a less finicky way build better builds. And I do like the simplified stats also for general things. And I may like the booty a bit. All I'm saying if I have to stare at ass all the time I'd like it to be a nice one at least lol.
But if we were to compare simply the grind for decendants/frames. Warframe for the basic frames you just grind a boss, and get blueprints. During the grind you'll likely get the materials to build the frame, if not you might have to run a mission or two to gather up missing materials. Which aren't that long, because basic enemies can drop them and smashable containers look distinct so you can pick them out in a room quickly for the most part. If we are to compare prime frames. You need to gather up relics to crack them open. And for the rarer parts you need, you get the essence needed to better your chances while cracking open relics. With fairly alright chances being at minimum 10ish%. Then the materials grind for the rare stuff you'll need is going to be the only moderately annoying thing.
For FD, all you have is the relic system really. But, to crack open some of them you need to grind for "tokens" to do a mini boss fight. And the only way to get better odds at the rare stuff (Which is always under 10%) you have a 0.2-0.4 chance to get the relic upgrade material. And it's not a one size fits all material either. And some of these are attached to long story missions. And for the materials? Well, you don't get access to all of them for a good while, and some you won't even see even after 10 hours of play, and enemies don't drop any basic materials and you need to go out of your way to smash boxes or pop open barrels. And I like grindy games, but even I have to say, that's just too much grind, and even worse it's not fun grind. Some of this wouldn't be as bad if they made it you could scrap extra blueprints for materials to make the relic booster stuff.... and if you could make them. And this relic cracking system is for even the special weapons. For warframe it's only for the prime versions.

@@JohnnyGG- There was some things I agree with on you for sure. But I feel like you could have went into a bit more depth on why you liked the first defendant. Like I agree, the game feels great. And most people who played it agree on that point. But a lot of people don't expand past that.
I have a bunch of videos on my channel playing and talking about it. This video was made more for people who just shit on the game, I wanna make sure actual criticism is valid. Trashing on it for no reason is not.
