make it simpler.. drill the wall plates in the plate rack pattern.. then cut straight across the middle of the holes.. saving significant money in fab.. to keep the wall plates centered use HDPE or Teflon blocks to reduce deflection during swings.. the teflon or HDPE blocks shaped like a wide flange beam.. so the top of the wall panel has side support and the middle has some material to prevent deflection. but not enough to create a lot of surface area resistance to swing..
