I think if you look at the new NHTSA crash tests they have done with vintage cars however, you will actually see that older cars did not actually keep people safer when compare to the safety technology of modern cars.

Natural gas or hydrogen is safer and less expensive than gasoline. Both produced from fisher tropes .
