Hey man so I just started on this video and yet again the fish are loving your left rod 🤣 🤣

Yeah man, sometimes the all come from the same side!

A develope? Haha.. love it. This is the video so far, that's really impressive. I love the scenery you got in as well. Well done! With that many zebra mussels try a 60mm mono leader, long enough to have about 2 to 3 rounds on your spool while casting, no more, might be your best chance.

Yep I’m a developer :). As for leaders, ive used them before but this spot needs really long portions of leader and its hell to deal with when its 10m long as winding it on a reel is hell.

I am seriously impressed with your filmmaking considering you seen to be doing everything yourself! Carl&Alex better watch out! Paul is coming in strong with some banging films! You’ll get your 30 pounder eventually, just keep grinding and keep your head up👍🏽 May I ask what mic you are using for voiceovers? Your audio is crisp👌🏽

Thanks for the kind words, but I have alot to learn to get to c&a level videos, but I’d like to think that if I continue, over time I may get close :). As for the Mic, its a shotgun mic, just make sure you record your voiceovers in a quiet place that absorbs your voice and doesnt echo!

@@TeamCarpFishing I also use a shotgun mic for voiceovers, but my room does eco, I’ll find a different spot to record those! Thanks for the tip! Can’t wait to see you catch a 30 pounder at Bayfront, watch it be a mirror😱👍🏽 keep it up! #bestCanadianCarpChannel!!!

Part 2 of an amazing journey to watch👍
Question: what brand rods/reels are you using? t/c? They look like they have a solid backbone, and a great fighting feel!
    Thanks - Joe

Thanks Joe! It is a campaig I unfortunately have yet to finish! The rods I was using at the time were Daiwa Theory G50, they are awesome rods that are now discontinued. The reels are shimano ultegras, but in all fairness the gear is not as important, just get out there and enjoy!

I’m pretty sure I caught that same carp with the messed up mouth back in 2017 I have photos to prove it 🤣

It is very possible, the fish spend all their lives there!
