For the heating part I could agree but not on normal usage if you game for more than an hour it starts heating up which is normal for a compact phone and for the battery backup yea it is bad, but this is what you can expect from a compact phone with 3900 mah battery the current price is not justifiable but if you are getting it for cheap this definitely a steal for sure. You can easily get 7-8 hr of sot if you switch from 120hz to 60hz
