Fender sounded the best. The rest sounded fizzy, but someone may like this kind of lo-fi grind. The Epiphone wasn't that bad for a tiny combo with small speaker.
I actually liked the tube amps the least, which is a bit surprising to me. I liked the scooped sounds of the Acoustic and the Marlboro but also like the mid heavy sound of the Audition. Would have loved to hear them clean as well.
Audition was potato in your mouth mid heavy, Vaporizer no sense in a 70s punk amp comparison, same with toy 5W amp Epiphone. Best on its own and also period correct was Acoustic. Remember amp is used inside a band, live, not alone in bedroom.
If you went onstage with any of this stuff in the So-Cal scene in the late 80s or early 90s (bands you named) you'd be ignored/snubbed at best, at worst, tarred & feathered or playing through a sea of spit. 😆 That said the Acoustic or Audition have a decent sound. The rest aren't really good for punk. 👎
Surprisingly I thought the acoustic had the best punk sound.
Me too

1. Audition 2. Fender
Vaporizer wins this one, but audition was very good too
Im getting a Marlboro this week. I think it will be great.
Audition, acoustic or the vaporizer would be my choices. They all sound good in different ways.
audition 50 watt, very classic punk sounding
Nice, although the Vaporizer and the Valve Junior are anachronic, they're from the 2000s. I vote for the Acoustic 117 nonetheless.
marlboro or acoustic. the marlboro is really dirty, filthy shit, in a good way, but the acoustic have the cool factor and a really nice full sound!
Audition 50 Rules 🤘
The audition and fender were my favorite
Fender, Acoustic, Audition
Acoustic Fender Audition
Epiphone or marlboro
I really liked the Acoustic
Audition + Valve Jr. You can blend the body of the Audition with the fizz from the Epiphone as necessary.

Ok that Audition 50 was incredible.
acoustic!
Unfortunately the audition is so hard to find
The acoustic followed by the epi
I use a crate gt1200h
Audition 50!
all sound rotten and vicious, but the marlboro hits like a hammer :) probably blending these amps in different combinations is best for recording
With bass and drums I prefere the Epiphone, alone I prefere the Acoustic
Vaporizer and I have one 😂
Acoustic all the way. Punk needs treble, both Fender and Audition sound dark and muffled.
acoustic the best byfar
Close between a the audition and vaporizer.

Marlboro.
That surprised me, I assumed the fender would walk away uncontested, but the marlboro and the acoustic seemed to project better
