Any family that tries to prevent their family member from being punished for a legitimate crime is also criminally liable. Furthermore parents who give their children vehicles without licences are equally criminal

@@InshalHassan-r4s Kya kuch bhi? If you hand over a gun to an underage child who doesn't have a license to carry and that child ends up injuring someone with it, you'll be held equally liable. A vehicle is also considered a deadly weapon under the law because it can be used to physically injure or kill someone.

This is unfortunately our harsh reality that there is no justice in our country. We have stooped to such low point in our nation's history that our reality has become extremely discouraging. May Abdul Hadi be blessed with Jannah and his family would find patience and justice.
This is so ridiculous, parents of underage drivers should also be charged particularly if proven they willingly gave away keys

Sad to see but its getting problematic, these spoiled rich kids have developed a God Complex and they do stuff like this because they know our corrupt justice system will not hold them accountable.
