"Every pub's a Parliament" and that's why they are shutting most of them down, they don't want people talking about stuff.

Oh yes, sadly you are too right. Stop people gathering and talking, trouble is for 'them' the internet, that is why it will go down l am guessing, probably in October if not before.

Spot on! HMG doesn’t want forums where people can discuss openly how ridiculous their control over us is becoming and plotting to stand up to them. They’re enjoying their power over us far too much.

Absolutely, pubs are where we can all discuss and agree over a pint that our politicians are really the most useless, corrupt, dishonest, lying, two faced, back stabbing, selfish ,self interested shower of c***s on the planet.

Bobby George is one of the most straight forward honest genuine people I have ever met. This is Bobby George, playing in the Halstead District league friday night away to the Royal Oak in nineteen eighty something and Bobby George is sitting at the bar chatting to the landlord. I get put on in the singles and am scoring very well ta but could I finish, shook like a leaf. Scores for show doubles for dough. I did in the end and as was the custom away player calls the scores in the next game. After that Bobby gives me an "Oi, come 'ere". Bought me a pint and asked "what's all that shakin' stevens lark" finishing should be easy after scoring like that. And we chatted for the rest of the match unless I was on again about easy ways to find your way around the dart board and not getting stuck on the traditional "shot out". I've since been in his huge house while he was completing it to measure for flooring and he remembered my problem with the finishing. He's also a motivational mickey taker! Great bloke.

Another brilliant Pint Nigel. Oh for a Pub with uneven floors, with a Tap Room, A Games Room, A lounge and Quiet corners for a bit of business. NO Restaurant, just 3 pork pies and 2 ham sandwiches under the plastic dome if your desperate for a bit of snap. Amber coloured nicotine stained walls. After work talking and laughing. But now its, "4 people and a high seat chair please" "Garden or Mushy with your Scampi Sir ?" "Surprise me, Im not really bothered".

@@BTS4990 I agree he could. But when the cameras aren't rolling, do you honestly think he goes to the typical working class boozer where people are playing darts?

@@ayoa.o.9966 sometimes one doesn't feel welcome in those pubs or the locals aren't welcoming but I find (as a middle class man with Italian/Indian complexion) they actually are welcoming - they like a bit of variety. It helps if you like people, which I do.

That pint is getting bigger every day. A quart? Brilliant though. Farage is just doing some brilliant interviews with different characters. Could easily cover 30 minutes with these interviews. Just great.
