To help you on this, try to visit Bgy. Sto.Domingo High School boundary of Puting Kahoy, Silang, Cavite where it's located & walk the stairs of the Overpass. There you are. Subways doesn't necessarily mean a train access or installation, it can be a parking subway or similar, I'm curious while I was in Japan & Korea. they have subways in all their large cities with or without the train.

Also, please don’t call it a premier mall as SM Supermalls already dropped the “premier” label in some of their stylish malls like SM Aura. But other than that, yes it is true that SM Yulo will be just like the one in SM Aura and how you described the indoor garden, that will be just like the indoor garden in Singapore’s Changi Airport.
