In fact, this re invigorated my old ‘love for’ the Civil war! Only other KS I did was Nemo’s War add on stuff. Thanks for unboxing!! I think your the first to do it.
I received mine also today (Sunday 5/8). I unloaded the shipping box but hadn't unboxed the game box yet, when I watched this. I will go through it tonight. I'm glad you told me that was a mouse pad. I thought "Too Many Bones" was trying a Civil War theme and it got put into the wrong box ;). I've only kickstarted 2 or 3 war games, but quite a few non-war games. I generally use the pre-order concept for war games. Many of the more interesting non-war games start out in KS or Gamefound these days so it's just the way it is, I guess. So far the only Kickstarter I've ever been burned on was a proposed reprint of "Upfront", which was a real fiasco. Thanks for the unboxing... I'm looking forward to looking at the maps tonight.
Mine arrived yesterday. Those player aid cards will indeed cause squinting. I'm also surprised that there was only one copy of each player aid card. I thought copies for each player would be standard by now.
Thanks, Kilroy! I have both Tiny Battle Publishing's "The Devil's To Pay" and Revolution Games' "Longstreet Attacks", focusing on the first & second day of Gettysburg, respectively. The latter used the Blind Swords chit pull system, and the former used the "new version" of Blind Swords. Both were good, and featured Rick Barber maps. It looks like if you put the maps together for the two I own, if might come to about 1/3 of the map that "A Most Fearful Sacrifice" has. I've read where the Stonewall Jackson variant for AMFS may need to be tweaked, especially concerning the Confederate order of battle. It will be interesting to see how that develops.

Yeah, that is not how I read the back of the box/contents and expected two copies of each.
