    I just found this video about a week ago and have been doing it daily ever since. I'm a little over a year postpartum with my 2nd child. I had ab separation with my 1st child and didn't even know what about separation was, so I didn't focus on healing it. Then I got pregnant a couple of years later, and obviously, it got worse. After having my 2nd child, I still wasn't sure what to do, so I didn't place priority on fixing it. I've been doing this exercise for a week now, and I can already feel a difference! Thank you!

    just to say that i found this workout great as a guy recovering from two cracked ribs and trying to build up obliques again. For me this was a very safe and controlled workout - thanks Amy!
