Wonderful presentation Sir. However I have a Q'n. In patients who present with exertional dyspnea, leg swelling plus other HF symptoms and the algorithm leads to diastolic dysfunction probably Grade 2/3 with high LAP. Wouldn't you give a diagnosis of HFpEF in that particular patient? And if not, when then do we conclude HFpEF?
