I have a smaller wrist. So I’m 6”! But average bracelet lengths are 7”? If you think her wrist is a bit smaller then maybe go for 6.5”. Depending on the bracelet you can get them shortened. (Not longer) so might be safer to go longer?

Yes solid 14k is a usually ok to shower with. Just have to be careful if you have any precious stones that could get damaged with soaps
