    yo bro thanks for the video, very useful. i followed your video up until the removing the fuel tubes. 'Just a hack' I just put a breaker bar at the bottom of the fuel tank and frame which propped it up, this gave me enough clearance to access all the screws without removing any electrics, or tubes. I was able to open airbox, removing filter, clean inside the airbox then put in a new filter. Wouldn't have done it without your help... Thanks bro

      You are welcome! I will have to try your method next time I clean my filter. The less crap to take off the better! Thanks for the comment!!!

      You are welcome, glad it helped out, BTW the vent vent hose on the left side (sitting on the bike) you don't really need to disconnect, it just runs to the ground by the shifter area. There is enough slack you can just pull it a bit and leave it connected to the tank.

    What a mission that is, I couldn’t believe how little clearance there is between the tank and air box. Very educational bro, hopefully it’ll help people be a bit more practical with their bikes

      Yeah, it was a bit of work to get to that filter. I don't like how hard it is to get to the seat bolts.

    That's a proper journey to change a filter :O It'll be interesting to see how bad the cbf is when I have to do it :P Nice hoodie, mine is better tho :P Great video man, how's that GSX-R coming along, I vote that for the next video :D

      I recently washed my hoodie and it shrunk. My wife says it was the high heat in the dryer. Word to the wise. It looks way better on you! I plan on filming two videos today, one is a gixxer vid. I think that will probably just be my Monday vids for now on. Has been, the last two Monday's, why break the pattern!

    how often do you change filter?

    • @MonkeyButtRides
      @MonkeyButtRides  หลายเดือนก่อน

      The K&N's are reusable, you wash/dry and oil them. How often really depends. I live in a dry climate, not much dust and I avoid the rain like I'm allergic to water. Plus I have multiple bikes so I don't put a ton of miles on anyone one bike. I clean my air filter once a year. If I put all my miles on one bike, I would probably do it every 6 months or so or if I rode in the rain/dust more often I would clean the air filter more often.
