Yes, Anakin still remained the Chosen One to the end. He did fulfill the prophecy by destroying the Sith, which brought balance to the Force. George Lucas himself explains it in a documentary. Perhaps you could react to that at some point.

I think he was speaking of their current duel. Anakin wasn't giving in to his anger in that moment so Dooku was trying to goad him into it.
