To be honest I think it’s just being in the spot light and social media you get self conscious about your body I do and I don’t have that many followers on tiktok or here but people bump in to me and say hello your the girl from tiktok lol and I’m dying inside oh they going to see how ugly I am but I had to mentally get help because I’m beautiful just the way I am but people are negative and I also learned that not everyone is going to be nice lol

Also change your diet. A gluten free diet and no process sugars will resolve anxiety. I had bad anxiety and other health issues and I’m eating Whole Foods no process foods or sugars and my life has changed. Food is medicine.

I have implants myself and have struggled with anxiety since before I got my boobs done. I haven’t experienced worsened anxiety at all. BUT the thought of having something foreign in my body freaks me out. I also plan to remove mine

I got an explant and lift and I love my boobs, they look like my teen boobs! Make sure you do research, I’m sure you will go to a good doc but just saying. I went to the best in my area and it was totally worth it. And just warning you, you definitely won’t feel as sexy. Sometimes I look back at my old pics with my big boobs and miss how I looked so much… but it’s definitely better to feel more healthy. I hope it takes your anxiety away!! ❤

I got my implants removed last November and got a lift. I got them removed because a year after getting them I started getting horrific joint pain. I felt like I was 90 years old. Every single joint hurt and were constantly cracking and tons of inflammation. I saw a rheumatologist and ruled everything else out and realized it was the implants. I feel 100% better and happier now.

Alcohol causes extreme anxiety I gave up drinking 8 months ago zero anxiety no more medication. I also changed by diet no soda sweets or red dye .

It is implants !! I started gettin full body pain mimicking fibromyalgia! Soon as o took them out it went away !

I think that’s awesome that your taking them off and trying to be healthier , I always hated my small boobs o wanted to get them lifted lol but the wallet is always broke but I’ve learned to love with it I’ve been married 32 years and my husband always says you look amazing you don’t need it but then some days I look at myself and just hate the way I look lol .. but I’m so glad for this new journey your going to be ok I’ll be praying for a speedy recovery and that it all goes smooth .. and your right it’s better to do it now that your young 😊

I honestly think it has to deal with Health for someone as organic for Bramty, but all of these other influencers are finally realizing their bodies aren’t looking right. I have natural big boobs and I wish I was a size C or B I think smaller boobs are so much better. But I’ve been DDD all through high school and after having my baby I’m a G … 😅 my back burns so bad and I feel like I do look bigger than I am. I’m also confused as to why she’s saying she’s always had big boobs yet she has implants? I would never get implants with my huge boobs so why did she? Seems off.
