I got interested in their product line over a year ago (March 2023) - they have not had ANY models in stock the whole time. I don’t know what their business model is…unless their TH-cam videos are monetized; because it clearly isn’t selling Sig grip modules.
This depends on the size and model of the module, but for most of them you can expect 3-5 oz difference. This may not sound like much, but it really does help to absorb some of that felt recoil.
@Icarus_Precision thank you. Yes definitely 3 to 5 will make a difference. I have to research holsters but it looks like a great option to add to the rotation especially since I only carried metal guns before the 365. The p938 and CZ 2075 RAMI were my go to
How about allite super magnesium? DOD Declassified it a few years back and is now available for civilian use. It's not catching on like I thought it would
Will have to take a look into it and bring it up to the manufacturing team. Not sure what the machining considerations are compared to Aluminum. But you never know, maybe it will eventually take off.
Some interesting products that are never in stock. I gave up on these. It's been over 2 years and the module I need with safety option has never been in stock, yet you continue to release more models that will also rarely/ never be in stock.
What makes the grip module Cal. Compliant? I was thinking it would be the mag. Thank you. Just purchased the Macro grip. I got the ambi gas pedals. Need to grind it off as it comprises my trigger finger. When i put a WC drip module on my xl i thought it was great. I now see how much better the Icarus grip is. It causes me to get high on the grip naturally. WC touched the meat of my hand but the gun could still pivot. Thank you for your video and your products.
Good luck…I was interested in 2023…hasn’t been a model of any kind in stock to date (2024). I even signed up for “email notification of availability” - nothing. Pretty sure it’s actually a “vapor” product that allows them to make money off of monetized TH-cam videos.
Yes, in the sense that the module will work with any Sig P365 Fire Control Unit. So if by Regular, you mean the X variant/length, you would want to get the "X Evo" which would be the Evo module with the dust cover length of the X or Standard Length Slide. Most of our modules come in different dust cover length variations from X, to XL, to Fuse lengths.
All of the EVO modules have the same grip height which corresponds with the XL grip height. The Macro is taller to accommodate the 17 round magazines, and the only module with have that has a short grip is the Hybrid.
I like the evo series just dont like the thumb rest as need to be removed to fit my holster .. and waiting for a model with a safety cut in it as well.. @Icarus_Precision
This is Dan, I have personally carried a Macro module for several years now, as well as competed (from concealment) with Evos and Macros with the curved beavertail. I have yet to have any issue with the curved beavertail. However, our Hybrid and Elite Series, as well as our AIR Polymer modules have straight beavertails. Hope that helps!
This has been a consideration, but at the present time, machining the steel is a lot more time and tool intensive. I won't say it will never happen, but experimentation with Steel has been placed on a hold as we develop new products and collaborations.
It IS compatible, but will stick out slightly from the bottom of the magwell. The Evo series are all based upon the XL grip length, the variations are in the dust cover length which get progressively longer from X, XL and XL+
@@Icarus_Precision So the XL+Macro is now the FUSE. This still fits the p365 correct? Also, what is the FUSE grip module equivalent to and will the Shalotek XXLC sentienal/fury fit it?
@@xOGxAesop The EVO/MACRO fuse will fit flush with the fuse slide or the 365xl slide and PMM comp. To my knowledge those slides would not fit as the dust cover will be too long
@@xOGxAesop will depend on the slide, slides like the FDEZ XXL slide with the bob cut will fit any of our XL/Macro length dust cover frames, however we every so often make frames specific to that slide making the dust cover flush with that bob cut
It is definitely on our radar. The engineering and subsequent molds, etc. are quite expensive and time consuming to develop and setup for production, but it's most certainly something we're working towards.

I'm sorry that you're having trouble getting access to our products. I believe I responded to another comment of yours, but to reiterate, we are producing modules 365 days a year.... also, the channel is not monetized and gun channels receive very little revenue.
Really disappointed I preordered the macro grip when the preorders went live. I could’ve just waited and got it from bass pro since Icarus stocked the shelves of retailers instead of sending out preorders. Jokes on all of us that preordered I guess. Now we get to watch all the ppl that didn’t preorder unbox, install and sell their oem grips and we continue to wait 😡😡😡😡
Do you mean the Macro module? The short answer is that any Sig p365 Fire Control Unit will fit in any of our grip modules, and any slide will fit as well. The variation comes in length of the grip and therefore magazines, and length of the slide compared to the module dust cover. So if you have an XL, the slide would sit flush with any of our XL length modules. I hope that helps.
When more XL+ Macro?
Good video btw 👌🏻
Great explanation, still love the Ace Hybrid Module with the older diamond style texture
Where are the hybrids and elites? They do not appear on the website

This depends on the size and model of the module, but for most of them you can expect 3-5 oz difference. This may not sound like much, but it really does help to absorb some of that felt recoil.

Need a classic trigger guard beavertail option option on all models / only think keeping me from ordering / cant go for the strange looking points

Are there any plans to make an air polymer macro grip with thumb ledges on both sides?
When will you start taking orders for the x macro again?

@@robertkwiatkoski1292 the California compliant FCU has a magazine disconnect that requires the frame to be different than all others.

I legit was just on the site looking for which grip to purchase 🤣🤙🏼
Google owns YT,
Do all the regular EVO series have the same grip heights? Or are the grip heights matching the standard “X-XL” nomenclature.
All of the EVO modules have the same grip height which corresponds with the XL grip height. The Macro is taller to accommodate the 17 round magazines, and the only module with have that has a short grip is the Hybrid.
