  • The sport of wrestling is known to have some of the most rigorous conditioning in all of sports.
    Reporter Kellan Croxton spoke with several Sun Devils about what goes in to training at the highest level.

      no, it was a good example. You run such large quantities in cross country that speed becomes some what irrelevant. So it's all about weather you can actually finish the 20+ mile race. And of course you have to pace yourself, but cross country is more known for endurance than speed. You're talking about sprinters, there are different types of runners. And he specially spoke on that, and spoke about endurance. Pay attention, and you won't look silly, sprinters are all about speed and explosiveness.
