  • Attach a theraband to a stable post/column in front of you.
    Stand tall and with core engaged.
    Grab the band towards yourself and bend your elbows.
    Rotate your back slowly and controlled.
    Feel the muscles in your back and core working.
    Ensure you do these rotations slowly to both left and right.
    Do not do these exercises if you have lower back pain.
