It is a makeup magic! VM is made up its sound using reverb pedal. On the left side of the screen, out of sight, is the mixer, delay pedal, reverb pedal, and recording device.
Everyone, even experts, gets the meaning of carpe diem wrong. "Seize the day" is capere diem. Carpe diem is "pick (the fruits of) the day", i.e. enjoy what the day brings. Carpe is analogous to English pick. To pick fruit or flowers is carpe, to pick at something, to be picky, to pick on someone are also carpe.
