It's a Craftsman, 3/8" torque wrench, model number 913918. I don't think its made anymore. For the BMW you need a torque range from 8Nm to 60Nm. I think Harbor Freight has one that would be good to own.
@@mihokradovan perhaps it's different from the 1050 xt. The one opposite the radiator chews up my hands, but maybe if you little hands it's no bother 👍🏼
@@Nomad-Drifter probably you are right. The front (the one behind radiator) was like a birthgiving. But it was just matter of making few cm space and right tools. Then no deal. So....keep safe. Ciao.
Thanks for this. I had no idea it would be THAT easy!
Yep, it’s that easy!
Just found your channel. I like it. Very helpful. Subscribed. Do you have a video on air filter replacement for GS1250? Cheers from Australia.
Thanks for the feedback. I’ve recorded the video for the air filter replacement. I just need to produce it. Stay tuned-hopefully in a week or so!
Where is the coil puller under the seat? I can't find it anywhere. Thank you for the great video!
I must’ve been mistaken. I suppose I bought my coil puller separately.
@@PacMotoSBV tools makes a really nice one
Great short and informational video.
Thanks!
Great video, could you please give us the brand of torque wrench used and size ( 1/2 , 1/4 or 3/8). I was looking for in Amazon, so I can't find it !!

Another nice video! Who sells that aluminum boot tool?
Thanks for the feedback. I bought them from AliExpress. I gave them out as holiday gifts one year.
what was the gap looks like you. just put in without gapping
Thanks for the feedback. Plugs are pre-gapped. Happy riding!
does r1250 have a 4 spark plugs??
No, just 2 spark plugs.
Man compared to my V-strom that’s a joke… my front cylinder one is a two man job with a universal joint extension bar and flex head ratchet.
The boxer engine makes this an easy project!
I had vstrom 650, and all 4 sparplugs were piece of cake. A game for two hands only.

Were you assuming the gap on the new plug was correct
Not a very informative video
These plugs are all pre-gapped. What could I have done better to make it more informative for you?
Replacing expensive Iridium spark plugs at such low mileage intervals seems unnecessary and just another annoying BMW cash grab.
I don’t disagree. I’m just following the recommended service intervals.
