My go to is P&S brake buster, or even just a car wash in a spray bottle
But the stubborn stuff i get the iron remover out.

      yes,
My wheels are coated so car wash soap works great for my maintenance wash.
I use P&S when wheels are extremely dirty.

I'd say Koch Chemmie because 99% of European car's have baaaad dusting
And it is a German detailing product. 👍

I feel like wheel cleaner comparisons should be made with no agitation. That way it shows how good the Chemical itself is.

I know kc have excellent rust inhibitors in there products. I dont know if ethos has but if you look at the brake disk it looks like the ethos side is starting to get rust like water marks. Not sure.

Interesting that there wasn’t any ferrous metal reaction. For the most part, Cars without high performance brakes, an alkaline non reactive wheel cleaner seems it would be more appropriate.

Both great products on show here. You did hit a very important point (for me) which is how good are the sprayers, and how does the bottle feel in hand to use. i haven't used any product here, but they are on my radar :)
For my own maintenance washes I used to use Turtlewax Redline, for heavy brake dust, and when I needed cleaning power, but switching out to Simoniz Ultra Alloy care, for in-between cleans. Also both these products are cheap and do the job more than adequately. These days I generally use a specific wheel shampoo in a foam sprayer these days, with wheel cleaner about once every 4-6 washes, as most of the time i dont need that cleaning power, especially if you put a sealant or wheel wax to make cleaning easier the next time.

Koch Chemie. Great products and for me living in Europe I can purchase the German products at a fair price.
Their motorplast and multistar (apc) are also really good.

Another good side by side. I started using the Ethos auto wash soap in my foam cannon as it produces amazing foam. I like using a pump spay bottle for wheels as it produces extra foam. Do you use a pump spray bottle with wheel cleaner, and if so what’s your favorite wheel cleaner with a pump sprayer?

Madame Chelsea, you have to try Motorplast and you will like it like me.
To me Ethos is better just because of the scent and easy wash away and I have try them both and against Brake Buster from P & S. I also love Korrosol from Bilt Hamber because it can be used on paint and wheels.
