    Good bro...same like please explain about PMI and Hardness test for weld about its acceptance creteria and explain how PMI value will vary because we use same electrode throughout the material and what we have to do if hardness or chemical values will vary..

    Good to see this presentation. However several mistakes in this video observed are to be corrected.
    1. At 2.49 you have told that 60 kilopounds per square inch. It is not correct. Please correct and spell it as 60000 pounds per square inch or simply you can say 60 Ksi. One Ksi means thousands of pounds per square inch.
    2.At 4.05 . You are spelling as magnesium. But it is manganese. You have to spell it as manganese.
    3. At 7.19 for ER you are telling as "electrode or filler material". ER means it denotes only filler wire material. E means only electrode.
    4. At 10.09 you are telling that higher silicon will give good deposition. deposition and good weld are different. Actually silicon is a very good deoxidizer, give good weld metal fluidity, weld continuity at toe and edges can be fully achieved and because of the above characters a very good and less defect weld can be achieved. So simply you can say higher silicon content filler material or electrode will produce good defect free weld not good deposition.

      For example ss316 value 81k something ... cs 106 grb value 60k...if we are joining both metals. In tig means ithuku filler tig la 309l athoda value 87k
