I'm so glad this showed up in my recommendations! I've been consuming a lot of Robocop content because the movie is genius (like you said!) I'm going to watch part 2 now and already have the rant about the 2014 one saved to watch later. Lol. (They did to our precious movie what they did to Total Recall!!! Utter c**p!! 😊) P.s. is all the lines and scenes you recall during this podcast from notes or the top of your head? Because if its all from memory then DAMN im impressed! Can tell you really love this movie!

The design of the ED 209? Hope I got the numbers right, was so COOL! It was like some Japanese inspired design, you have 15 seconds to comply! So many rave, trance, dance music tracks used that phase, don't know if anyone remembers playing the robo cop video game, most of the end of lvl bosses were different variations of the ED 209, the last boss was a crazy looking bad ass army variant ED 209,
@@Nerd_Daddy I know you think that was a witty retort but the reality is that when your video came up on my feed I was excited to listen to it as I love deep dives into movies. Your cadence when you spoke and your overuse of the word « like » made me stop the video and move on. I’m fairly certain I would have subscribed to your channel had it not been for that issue. If you want to reach the biggest audience possible I would recommend striving for the highest quality possible for your videos and that includes speech standards. Best of luck!

The inspiration for the design was based off of a old toy line called Robotech. Love me some Ed 209!!
