- I finally react to Battle for Dream Island aka BFDI! After watching Riggy the Runkey and Shorts Wars, and milking The Amazing Digital Circus content, I had countless comments telling me to watch the animated series known as "Battle for Dream Island". BFDI is a animation series created by jacknjellify and has twenty inanimate objects fight in a competition for an island of luxury known as 'Dream Island'. We watch even more of this whacky and comedic show and I can't believe Spongey came back!

when firey says "thats weird, do i taste peanut butter?", many theorise its to do with Nonexisty, a recommended character, like bomby, remote and bottle (who you saw in previous episodes and this one as a cameo). hope this helps and keep up the good work!
Uhm, its not a theory, there was a TH-cam annotation that said so. It was Non-Existy

Explanation on what the random characters are : They are characters that are recommended by the viewers to appear in the show, they don’t really get much other than appearing though.
Except a few that made it into bfb, and winner and price tag in tpot

I love how every time Mairusu makes a video of him reacting to BFDI, the thumbnail always includes the Bubble character in the thumbnail.
All of those random objects you saw, some off them will be in newer seasons as contestents, and the rose you saw will be in a spin off season

The random objects are recommended charecters , made an suggested by fans, in future episodes there are a lot more as the fanbase grows
Note: there are 5 seasons of this, bfdia was originally cancelled but brought back in 2023, and tpot is still being made as well as bfdia, however season 3 (if you can class it that) was idfb which was cancelled after episode one and is no longer cannon, and season 4 aka bfb is finished hope this helps :)

IDFB is still canon the team said that the episodes of BFDIA will lead up to IDFB 1

Also the reason why some scense are smooth is because Jacknjellify is ran by 2 brothers, One brother does a simple yet great animation, and one does a smoother and more lviely animations by making the characters move more. Hope this helps!

About those random objects appearing in bfdi 13, they are special characters called recommended characters where the viewers can recommend a random object and jacknjellify would put it in an episode. There are some characters that are even currently competing in the show! Like remote, bottle, ballon etcetera.

It's nice seeing more content creators watching BFDI (especially ones that I've enjoyed watching for quite some time). If you really like watching BFDI I recommend watching Inanimate Insanity. It's a bit less childish (season one has more edgy 6th grade humor and season two has more plot driven storylines) then BFDI but if you prefer that kinda story then you would like it.
BFDI in a few episodes is a lot less childish

Short wars season two seems to have a theme of giving Clone Riggy a chance for revenge and leaving us to decide if CR (Clone Riggy) gets it.
Only 10 episodes left to finish season 1, let's hope it doesn't take to long to finish
The other people you see that are not in the competition are actually recommended characters. Which are fanmade characters people made that were able to appear on the show. And in the later seasons some of these recommended characters actually compete in the show.
We made it to the merge... and with that... my personal least favorite part of any season. There were a LOT of questionable decisions made in this part, most of which were just seen as jokes the first time around, but on repeat viewings, become increasingly frustrating. But hey, Spongy's back. So I guess Mairusu's happy.
As for the other objects, I mentioned last time that Bomby was a Reccommended Character, and these others are the same. People made their own characters to appear in the show.
Edit: Also, 28:36 was a popular meme at one point.

I thought that 3 Teams and Individual was the worst part and Points was the best part of the show. It is unfortunate that many of the unfair stuff was during Points (Pencil, and Blocky got screwed over hard)
There is a thing called "RECOMMENDED CHARACTERS" (RC) where people recommend their own objects to be shown in the show. Some RC even join the show I later seasons!

A good old day sometimes i just watch random videos and then work on my own stuff.
Let me explain something, those random objects that kept showing up are "RC's" or Recommended Characters. In the past, people would recommend characters, and the creators would draw them and add them in random scenes. And i wont spoil much, but they play a role later on.

also when you get to season 2 (BFDIA) I don't want you reacting to 4 episodes at a time because episode 5 is a 5-parter and the season was recently uncancelled (with some really long 20-30 minute episodes) so you should probably react to each episode individually and wait till the season finishes before moving on to the next one (which is on hiatus until season 2 finishes)

Any characters that you don’t remember, are probably Recommended Characters.
They appear a lot, and become contestants in a later season.
Make sure you continue the endings it helps with lore later on.
