Yes, you read that right. I found 41 items at Dollar General to put towards my Scentsy business for under $20. Amazing!

Hey Laura, My top selling items are White Tea & Catcus, Luna & Cinnamon Vanilla Scentsy Bars. As far as a hostess gift, it really depends on what you are comfortable with. I know some consultants just give a thank you note while others give Plug-In warmers. Yes I do make samples. I use a mold from Hobby Lobby. I use a hand-crank cheese grater to grate a Scentsy bar on top of the mold. I then use a hairdryer on high heat underneath the mold to slowly melt the wax.

if you do raffles or Drawing for a gift basket, i always use Dollar store for a note pad and pen or candy or any little stuff to put in with the products, i also use the tissue paper.

My Launch Party is this Sunday and I have a large list for my Dollar General Store too. Dollar Tree if you have any of those have lots more party stuff and ideas. Molds for your Scentsy samples too. Thanks for posting this, a great reminder for those on a budget. I hop they have the star tissue paper. I forgot to get that from Jet.com that has a lot of cheap stuff too. I got stars on my cupcake wrappers. Wal-mart is another great place to get party stuff. I went today for a new TV and went to that department so I could start making my list for there shopping again tomorrow. I hate shopping but I love it for Scentsy. I am a Scentsy Man. A new movement I started here. Men do Scentsy too. People often forget to target men so I invite entire families and have a person to keep the kids entertained. I rent the Community Building so I have a full kitchen and all the facilities I need for the perfect party. Tables and chairs already set up. Great place to have a 100 people Launch Party. Get you Man involved, door prizes for Men too.

Hey QueenB! I thought I responded to your comment yesterday but it looks like it didn't take. Really it is whatever you can afford. I know some consultants that give their hostess a free bar or scent circle. If you don't have something on hand right then & there, just let them pick & you can hopefully use a perpetual party reward to get it half price. If you get the WOTM/SOTM, you should have a few extra bars to give out. Just do what feels comfortable to you. You shouldn't feel stretched. OX
