After months and years on so many videos for learning stuffs, including singing, but not only. This is the first time I am posting a comment. Because this video, your channel, you, are so incredible. I can not say enough thanks you! Perfectly explained, simplified but still true. And demonstrated, also. You're changing my life by helping me (and so many other) to reach a dream! Singing! And yes, with an open mind to learn, understand, experiment, play, express and always, be versatile and agile.

Honestly, just from singing correctly for around 7 or 8 months, I've learned I can sing with an open throat naturally with all the other ins and outs of the different aspects you talked about. I don't know what it is, but after singing for a short time I realized these things you demonstrated you could mess up on I would have to mess up with on purpose.

This “Justin” character is quite the delight. My goodness, yes. A delight, indeed. Highly amusing, and entertaining. In addition, Justin has an easy-to-follow approach which holds the viewers eyes and ears. Not to mention, the humorous examples, such as the ‘Squidward’ / Edvard Munch portrait, is the height of hilarity.

Another amazing episode full of great information for vocalists! Justin's exploration of various singing techniques and concepts through example songs is priceless. Him doing 'The House of the Rising Sun' as an example song on some previous episode motivated me to finally pick up this gem by The Animals and start experimenting more with the blues vocal styles and techniques. When I started working on that song, I realized that it fits me like a glove and that my voice also fits the blues style - and this blew me away. Thank you so SO much, Justin. xx :)

ok I Listened....It will take some, a bunch of practice until the muscle can get the feel of a lowered larynx.....It hit me after 8 years of daily practice...
I used Brett Manning courses regularly as well as a few others on the side...I am very interested in your, seems to be, scientific methods of human sound production.....I am learning new stuff..thx Jason..I am 71 years and am still singing solos in my church....Thank you for the new stuff I learned from you..I am now a regular with your classes...thanks again Teacher......

Can you make a video on how to properly execute 3 note and 5 note scales in the male head voice? For 5 octave singing.
