Enya is probably the biggest Roland aficionado out there, Orinoco flow probably sold a lot of D50’s I’d reckon.

Hey Claudio !!! Been looking for this baby for ages... I have quite a few vocoders and vocal processing units like voice live, but the VP550 is the king. I've heard a guy play it live, combining VP gospel preset and voice live 3X harmonies at the same time... the result was mindblowing...

This is the first I've heard of this instrument. I love that sound! I own two hardware vocoders and a software one, but have never used any of them. But I would use this if I owned one.

Good condition, like new!!! Harmonizer polyphony 4 voices simultaneously. My Vp-550 is already 12 years old, now I work with VP-770

There's always the TC Helicon Voicelive Hooked up to a midi keyboard if you don't have one of these. Though it doesn't come with the positive magic vibes Dr. Mix puts through it. :)
That is not nearly as good as this.
John Effinger - Pound for pound the VoiceLive range would eat this alive with a wider range of classic sounds. But then OVox would step up and slaughter both.
@@watercolourmark I have one. Does not sound as good. May have more features, and more complicated to use, but not the sound.
I have a Korg MS2000R. It has vocoder function and lets you input an external carrier for the vocoder

I used to sell these at Rock Palace, the Hague. My killer demo was doing the intro of Bohemian Rhapsody. Try it, it’s pretty easy and sounds amazing! I still own a VP7 module, so I’m covered 😎
