for sure!!! Action is the key because in 3D we certainly manifest by taking action (aligned action to be precise) but in some cases you can also manifest without.

i like a guy but his luke warm behavior is triggering me. I can see his ideal version in my mind but how do i act physically? Do i ask him to come over regardless or wait for him to do what i want him to before i do? Oh i shud invite him over as if he already the ideal version and I shud imagine that he is doing the things he is not doing. Correct?

Here is what I think: the ideal guy for you would NOT behave in luke warm behavior because he would be crazy about you and he would do things without you telling me this! I have been there so many times when I thought about how the guy was so “ideal” and yet it was just my projection(i wanted him to be that). Its very simple: the right guy will come to you. Period. Maybe he is the one but perhaps some time needs to pass. Dont know. But right now, I would hold my standard high and see what happens aka surrender.
