Jayla when I was young I used to have many vivid dreams that came true. I dreamt about me and my family having KFC and overlooking the window and street there's a cinema. So I woke up from the dream and recognised the cinema as our favourite family cinema. One day we drove past there was no KFC, where the KFC was in my dream was an empty building. Few months later they built it into a KFC exactly how I envisioned it in my dream, the interior design, the window, etc. I had many dreams like this. I even dreamt about the stock market which my dad was investing.
yes I often see future events even when awake but I was born this way and thought everyone could do this but even more amazing is I have out of body experience while sleeping,which doctors call sleep paralysis,because when you return you can't move ,it can be really scary I'm just realizing what it is

Start taking epsom salt baths or shower or use any salt scrub. I find it helps to purify my mind and anxiety. Also I will withdraw from ppl even when in a group setting and will only respond when needed by visualizing myself in a bubble. Also get some grounding/protection crystals like tiger eye, if you can't afford find a small rock out in nature that appeals to you and carry in your pocket or a favorite charm to fiddle with. Honestly anything to interrupt the follow of energy from others help. Also don't get suck into ppl loading their problems on you. Get calming music on your pandora as soon as you get in the car or at home or sounds of water, whatever you like. If you can afford get a live plant in your home as well.
you will need to actively manage your emotions and guard yourself from certain energies. when you are more in tune with yourself and your purpose as an Empath, you will learn to use it as a gift without allowing yourself to be consumed to death. The hardest part is when you have a big heart, like me. You have to innerstand your own ability and the level of depth you can go with certain energy especially if its toxic energy for the purpose of healing. You cannot allow negative energy in your sphere too long in order to heal because some energies are stronger than you estimate and will suck you dry so you won't be able to heal anyone else, not even yourself....and that is unacceptable. I've achieved these "superpowers" by practicing Sutras to achieve supernatural senses or Siddhis. I began meditating at a very young age naturally without ever hearing about 'meditation'. It was just a natural part of my life. I did not realize this is what I was doing until I reached my twenties. Around 25 years of age I began to practice the typical closed eye meditations of simply closing the eyes and quieting the mind. This came very naturally to me and I could achieve utter silence within moments and I could quite easily pass two hours or more in this state which seemed to me to be only a few minutes. I also began to realize that my breathing slowed to the point that I know I actually stopped breathing completely in deep meditation. I also practiced an open eye technique I read about in my teens in those Carlos Castaneda books about his experiences with the Yaqui Indian sorcerer named Don Juan Matus. Using this technique I obtained some amazing capabilities of seeing in darkness as if it were daylight, and also a stunning ability where I could focus on every single object or point in my entire peripheral view simultaneously, day or night. I later learned Transcendental Meditation, which was to me distracting because of the requisite mantra. I believe the mantra is a good tool for beginners to help them gently redirect their attention to the self when thoughts come up, but with my ability to go silent in an instant made the mantra useless. I did, however; gain much knowledge when I went to take the month long TM Sidhis course at the Golden Dome in Fairfield Iowa and then spent the next year living in a self-sustaining home near the dome and practiced my lengthy program morning and evening at the dome for a year. The Dome is for advanced Sidhi practitioners only. I've had tremendous experiences there and I've even seen others achieve fantastic, even miraculous abilities like glowing, and disappearing. I can do things with only my mind that others around me will clearly perceive. My intuition and clairvoyance abilities are amazing and never fail me. I am quite certain there is so much more to we humans than we have been taught. We really should have come with an owners manual to help us overcome the lies and deception which are in place to deceive us and hide from us who we truly are and can be. Did you know that the third eye is literally an eye in the middle of your brain? It is anatomically nearly identical to your two external eyes and is your connection to the world which lies just beyond our normal perceptions. We are truly amazing beings

there was this time when i was trying to go to sleep and i heard a man's voice it freaked me out i jumped up and i saw nothing , and the voice i heard was one i have never heard in my life before. then i tried going back to sleep and i heard another voice say "hey" in a child's voice, it scared the hell outta me.

This video helped me so much! I was born with cerebral palsy but for as long as i can remember i have been able to feel other peoples emotions. I thought there was something wrong with me but then almost a year ago to this day I was laying on my bed and i was transported somewhere else. It looked like i was in outer space in between two galaxies. I could see any physical bodies, not even my own but I could feel people there and i could feel that they were very happy to see me. The energy of everything that has ever lived was there, the feeling of happiness became so strong that i became overwhelmed and thought to myself "i have to go back". Then in that very moment i was back on my bed, for the first minute or so so my body felt so heavy that it took great effort to breath. This is the first I've ever spoke of it and for the record I do not use any drugs.

Hold and focus on it as though it were about to touch your "3rd Eye" after a few seconds or minutes you will feel an intense tingling sensation emanating from the supposed "3rd Eye" area. 3. The longer you hold it, the more intense the feeling will become. 4. Now, anytime you want to "Activate your 3rd Eye" just focus on the area and you will begin to feel the tingling sensation again. To answer your question, I can say that I am in harmony with my being and nothing bothers me, I have no enemies. Holy! Thank you thank you thank you! Everything you said made perfect and complete sense! I've been searching for answers to these questions years now. A little history, I played with an ouiji board five years ago and afterward began experiencing haunting type paranormal phenomena. Things were not well for a very long time but eventually it all came around. I moved and life went on til I began seeing orbs and mists. I am not now nor have I ever been scared or felt threatened in any way by these subtle type experiences which were a constant daily thing but I couldn't help but wonder why now. You usually hear of people having these things when their kids. Lately they've subsided to a degree but I've noticed that when I'm around someone who has had someone close to them pass I'll see what I refer too as "activity" around that person. For me that usually means but is not limited to white mists that just swoosh by that person appearing several times while in the company of that person.

This is all so much to take in. I feel the pain the world we are living in. Been Vegan over a year now and my mind when at deep sleep surprises me to a point I had to research just a bit~the Sun turned to an Eye just a few days ago and I do see and feel things and my family question me but because I have a terminal illness they just kind of brush me off. JocketyDewDew I'm now 22, but I first "awakened" (or became aware) of my third eye when I was a freshman in highschool, right around your age. I know exactly what you mean, particularly with TV shows and thinking of episodes the day/night before and they show up the next day. That happened quite a few times in brief windows over the years. It's weird, you begin to realize it and test it for a while, and it just happens/comes true. You acknowledge the coincidence and then move on with your life and sort of forget about it for a while. I understand exactly what you're going through, because I went through it myself, early on my spiritual path. I like to think of those little "coincidences" as hints or clues to your spiritual awareness, that there may be more to reality than meets the eye. You are now starting to see and understand these things. To answer your question though, no one really knows if you can be born with an open third eye. Opening the third eye is really a process, not just something you turn on like a lightswitch and expect things to happen instantly. Over time, as you align with your spiritual self and chakras, these third eye abilities will become more natural and easy to you. However the important thing to remember is that the possibilities are endless. My advice to you: take each day at a time (try to live in the present), keep an open mind, balance is the key to everything. As a kid you are more aware and see things like that because you just came from the spiritual realm. You are more connected to your spirituality. That is why many kids have imaginary friends or see some shit in they closet. But as you get older your third eye will close depending on the things you feed yourself and what you are taught but when you take your powers back and become more aware and take care of yourself it will start to open.

Wow, ever since I was a child... this all makes sense now. Feeling pain of others, hearing voices, seeing signs that are purely coincidental and seeing things that no one else can. I've always had this feeling. I meditated every day when I was 6 and never thought much about it until recently. I'm reverting back to my old way of thinking and I feel so much more intuned with everything.

I can usually tell without even being in the room that something bad is going to happen and so I take the steps to either avoid it or stop it altogether like yesterday I was walking the dogs I was around the corner from my house and I could tell as I approached that something was about to happen so I went back around the block and apparently I got back right after a giant argument happened between my sister's and my step mom and I knew not to be there so I never had to be a part of it...

Jayla when I was young I used to have many vivid dreams that came true. I dreamt about me and my family having KFC and overlooking the window and street there's a cinema. So I woke up from the dream and recognised the cinema as our favourite family cinema. One day we drove past there was no KFC, where the KFC was in my dream was an empty building. Few months later they built it into a KFC exactly how I envisioned it in my dream, the interior design, the window, etc. I had many dreams like this. I even dreamt about the stock market which my dad was investing.

I have spent months researching best plans for focusing and discovered a fantastic website at Wilfs Blueprint System (google it if you're interested)
Start taking epsom salt baths or shower or use any salt scrub. I find it helps to purify my mind and anxiety. Also I will withdraw from ppl even when in a group setting and will only respond when needed by visualizing myself in a bubble. Also get some grounding/protection crystals like tiger eye, if you can't afford find a small rock out in nature that appeals to you and carry in your pocket or a favorite charm to fiddle with. Honestly anything to interrupt the follow of energy from others help. Also don't get suck into ppl loading their problems on you. Get calming music on your pandora as soon as you get in the car or at home or sounds of water, whatever you like. If you can afford get a live plant in your home as well.
you will need to actively manage your emotions and guard yourself from certain energies. when you are more in tune with yourself and your purpose as an Empath, you will learn to use it as a gift without allowing yourself to be consumed to death. The hardest part is when you have a big heart, like me. You have to innerstand your own ability and the level of depth you can go with certain energy especially if its toxic energy for the purpose of healing. You cannot allow negative energy in your sphere too long in order to heal because some energies are stronger than you estimate and will suck you dry so you won't be able to heal anyone else, not even yourself....and that is unacceptable. It's a gift, just remember that, it is a gift...not a curse, just be good to the gift and it will be good and preserve you. I learned. You will too. Godspeed! #OnlyTheGodly

I am a psychotherapist with teens and after we have worked together for some time, I validate for them their intuitive gifts to help them understand that while they may have anxiety or depression, a lot of it could be due to their intuitive gifts. Then I teach them how to handle their gifts. More and more teens these days are experiencing a third eye activation naturally and are unsure about what is going on! This video is great! I've achieved these "superpowers" by practicing Sutras to achieve supernatural senses or Siddhis. I began meditating at a very young age naturally without ever hearing about 'meditation'. It was just a natural part of my life. I did not realize this is what I was doing until I reached my twenties. Around 25 years of age I began to practice the typical closed eye meditations of simply closing the eyes and quieting the mind. This came very naturally to me and I could achieve utter silence within moments and I could quite easily pass two hours or more in this state which seemed to me to be only a few minutes. I also began to realize that my breathing slowed to the point that I know I actually stopped breathing completely in deep meditation. I also practiced an open eye technique I read about in my teens in those Carlos Castaneda books about his experiences with the Yaqui Indian sorcerer named Don Juan Matus. Using this technique I obtained some amazing capabilities of seeing in darkness as if it were daylight, and also a stunning ability where I could focus on every single object or point in my entire peripheral view simultaneously, day or night. I later learned Transcendental Meditation, which was to me distracting because of the requisite mantra. I believe the mantra is a good tool for beginners to help them gently redirect their attention to the self when thoughts come up, but with my ability to go silent in an instant made the mantra useless. I did, however; gain much knowledge when I went to take the month long TM Sidhis course at the Golden Dome in Fairfield Iowa and then spent the next year living in a self-sustaining home near the dome and practiced my lengthy program morning and evening at the dome for a year. The Dome is for advanced Sidhi practitioners only. I've had tremendous experiences there and I've even seen others achieve fantastic, even miraculous abilities like glowing, and disappearing. I can do things with only my mind that others around me will clearly perceive. My intuition and clairvoyance abilities are amazing and never fail me. I am quite certain there is so much more to we humans than we have been taught. We really should have come with an owners manual to help us overcome the lies and deception which are in place to deceive us and hide from us who we truly are and can be. Did you know that the third eye is literally an eye in the middle of your brain? It is anatomically nearly identical to your two external eyes and is your connection to the world which lies just beyond our normal perceptions. We are truly amazing beings

there was this time when i was trying to go to sleep and i heard a man's voice it freaked me out i jumped up and i saw nothing , and the voice i heard was one i have never heard in my life before. then i tried going back to sleep and i heard another voice say "hey" in a child's voice, it scared the hell outta me.

This video helped me so much! I was born with cerebral palsy but for as long as i can remember i have been able to feel other peoples emotions. I thought there was something wrong with me but then almost a year ago to this day I was laying on my bed and i was transported somewhere else. It looked like i was in outer space in between two galaxies. I could see any physical bodies, not even my own but I could feel people there and i could feel that they were very happy to see me. The energy of everything that has ever lived was there, the feeling of happiness became so strong that i became overwhelmed and thought to myself "i have to go back". Then in that very moment i was back on my bed, for the first minute or so so my body felt so heavy that it took great effort to breath. This is the first I've ever spoke of it and for the record I do not use any drugs.

Ridiculously Easy Way... (seriously)
1. Take a pencil or any object with a relative point place and hold it as close as you can to your forehead without actually touching it.
2. Hold and focus on it as though it were about to touch your "3rd Eye" after a few seconds or minutes you will feel an intense tingling sensation emanating from the supposed "3rd Eye" area.
3. The longer you hold it, the more intense the feeling will become.
4. Now, anytime you want to "Activate your 3rd Eye" just focus on the area and you will begin to feel the tingling sensation again. The longer you focus and the more energy the more intense and larger the area will become. ( You can get your whole forehead, eyes and nose numb, but the main pressure will still come from where your mystical "3rd eye is"
-Just saved you hours of supposed meditation and watching self imposed narcissistic, egomaniacs who believe they are better than all others who.
(BTW anyone who doubts and already has this tingling of the forehead, try it without effort and notice that it doubles the intensity)

Holy! Thank you thank you thank you! Everything you said made perfect and complete sense! I've been searching for answers to these questions years now. A little history, I played with an ouiji board five years ago and afterward began experiencing haunting type paranormal phenomena. Things were not well for a very long time but eventually it all came around. I moved and life went on til I began seeing orbs and mists. I am not now nor have I ever been scared or felt threatened in any way by these subtle type experiences which were a constant daily thing but I couldn't help but wonder why now. You usually hear of people having these things when their kids. Lately they've subsided to a degree but I've noticed that when I'm around someone who has had someone close to them pass I'll see what I refer too as "activity" around that person. For me that usually means but is not limited to white mists that just swoosh by that person appearing several times while in the company of that person.
My question was how do I improve if I am in clairvoyant?? And do the color of orbs mean anything??? Cus I used to just see white but now I see little black ones. Are they bad??? Any help would be great. Thanks 😊.

This is all so much to take in. I feel the pain the world we are living in. Been Vegan over a year now and my mind when at deep sleep surprises me to a point I had to research just a bit~the Sun turned to an Eye just a few days ago and I do see and feel things and my family question me but because I have a terminal illness they just kind of brush me off. It's okay ~ The earth is in distress and b/f earthquakes start to happen I feel it and it's anguishing or a feeling something bad is going to happen. I have distanced myself from all that's material and my faith is so strong I can't believe at times how amazing the Holy Spirit makes you feel!

JocketyDewDew I'm now 22, but I first "awakened" (or became aware) of my third eye when I was a freshman in highschool, right around your age. I know exactly what you mean, particularly with TV shows and thinking of episodes the day/night before and they show up the next day. That happened quite a few times in brief windows over the years. It's weird, you begin to realize it and test it for a while, and it just happens/comes true. You acknowledge the coincidence and then move on with your life and sort of forget about it for a while. I understand exactly what you're going through, because I went through it myself, early on my spiritual path. I like to think of those little "coincidences" as hints or clues to your spiritual awareness, that there may be more to reality than meets the eye. You are now starting to see and understand these things. To answer your question though, no one really knows if you can be born with an open third eye. Opening the third eye is really a process, not just something you turn on like a lightswitch and expect things to happen instantly. Over time, as you align with your spiritual self and chakras, these third eye abilities will become more natural and easy to you. However the important thing to remember is that the possibilities are endless. My advice to you: take each day at a time (try to live in the present), keep an open mind, balance is the key to everything. Practice meditation and learn to align your other chakras first, from the bottom up, starting with your root chakra. Take it slow, remember, it's a process that develops over your lifetime . As a kid you are more aware and see things like that because you just came from the spiritual realm. You are more connected to your spirituality. That is why many kids have imaginary friends or see some shit in they closet. But as you get older your third eye will close depending on the things you feed yourself and what you are taught but when you take your powers back and become more aware and take care of yourself it will start to open.

Wow, ever since I was a child... this all makes sense now. Feeling pain of others, hearing voices, seeing signs that are purely coincidental and seeing things that no one else can. I've always had this feeling. I meditated every day when I was 6 and never thought much about it until recently. I'm reverting back to my old way of thinking and I feel so much more intuned with everything.

I can usually tell without even being in the room that something bad is going to happen and so I take the steps to either avoid it or stop it altogether like yesterday I was walking the dogs I was around the corner from my house and I could tell as I approached that something was about to happen so I went back around the block and apparently I got back right after a giant argument happened between my sister's and my step mom and I knew not to be there so I never had to be a part of it...
