I put these on when im struggling to gulp down my last meal of the day. Added an extra meal to my diet and hell its hard to get it down sometimes. So i put this good shit on and down it goes. Respect

I'm not a bodybuilder by any means. Nor do I have any intention of even trying. But the discipline you all have is unreal. I think a lot of people would be inspired by the dedication and focus you all possess.
What a wonderful simple truth. Increasing your caloric intake by eating more food literally leads to growth.

It's a scientific LAW! Matter cannot be CREATED or DESTROYED, muscle cannot be CREATED out of thin air, the extra FOOD is TRANSFORMED into MUSCLE.
To a point that’s true, say 250-500 calories extra will go towards muscle for the most part but more than that,, say 1k and up will 100% lead to fat gain. Food won’t give u steroid like gainz

Extra calories gives your body energy and strength to work harder in the gym. It gives your body extra energy to grow bigger and stronger. Sure if you eat too much extra you will get a little fat. Just don't go over board and you won't really get fat.
Anyone else doing a summer bulk due to quarantine?
Been on a dirty bulk since late March, put on like a stone in weight so going to do a cut soon to try lean out a bit. Mainly been focusing on upper body during lockdown and added like an inch and a half on my arms and like 3 inches on my chest
Currently on 13 inches, not too bad seeing as I’d not properly trained or anything for close to a year after I tore all the muscle in my left pec

Cutler is much more elegant and sophisticated with his diet.
This is why I like Cutler.
I tried eating 5 times a day at one time while training 2 hours 5-6 days a week. Man it's tough. Having a solid breakfast and pre and after meals was very challenging because you're not always hungry. Bodybuilding is not for everybody. The mentality these guys have is another level. The gym was the easy part, getting all those calories in was the hardest part and I wasn't trying to be a bodybuilder by any means.
You're training 2 hours 5-6 days a week? What??? You're over-training dude.... like to an INSANE degree. You can't do that if you're natural. Your muscles aren't getting enough time to repair.
@@uthmanibn-jafar1159 It's not overtraining if some training days are sorta like supercompensation training. Plus, I was very well suplemented. Out of those 5-6 days a week of training, 3 or 4 were intense. The other 2-3 were light.
I've been mixing my eggs and grits in the same bowl for a long time. I just cook both together, its hilarious to see Ronnie basically doing the same thing. That combo never gets old!

They are telling the truth, eating big and lifting will cause you to grow. I know because I used to be somewhat of a bodybuilder. The problem is that all that protein and eating will ruin your health. Better to eat natural with lean healthy meat in moderation. You won't grow as fast but you won't ruin your kidneys and blood pressure.
