Vixen if that happens where music or videos are blocked you can use a proxy extention on your browser to make it look like you are someplace else. Vpns do that too but they cost money. Opera browser has a built in vpn for free but it has a data limit . it does allow you to hear streams in other blocked countries thouogh. So does Tor browser I think. cheers
