Youre probably right. Do you think it would be worth it to make a low impedance otl amplifier for these types of 800 ohm speakers? A simple driver tube, fewest resistors for biasing, diode power supply, and russian tubes? I think they could sound above and beyond wicked.@@hieuloatoandai

How many watts? These 800 ohm coils are the way to go. Otl headphone amplifier would work if they are highly sensitive, which I think they are.
The amplifier I am using is 10w/ch. Not sure, but I don't think the headphone amplifier can play this speaker well, dear!
