You've been through a lot. Very brave to be choosing this adventurous path. I know you're going to look back in a few years at all the experience you've racked up and be so happy you did it. Also, I'm a big believer in how physical effects mental and vice versa. Maybe you'll find that these moves towards living your dreams will somehow heal your body. Pulling for you!
Yes!! My wife and I are both disabled and have mobility issues! We have a good attitude and we make adjustments when they are needed. I am a retired RN. This Spring we traveled to the whole of the UK and Part of Norway!!! It lasted over 3 weeks. We are sorry about this uncaring Dr. I have had several friends and family members with MS. The disease varies from person to person. I believe that we must do all we can to travel and see the world while we are able. I'm 67 yrs old and my wife is 74!!! We wish all kinds of happiness on your adventures!
Wow... Lil... I'm simultaneously very sorry to hear about all that you've gone thru and at the same time so happy that you are just going for it and jumping into full-time travel and following your dreams! What an inspiration! Hopefully our paths will cross someday, somewhere out there on the road! 🤗
What an incredible story! I am so sorry to hear about your uncaring doctor! But so excited for you for going for it! :) I also just started my channel and I saw your comment on Nathan's secret channel. Thank you for directing to your channel! :) Stuck through the whole video and think your storytelling is great! Keep it up! I just subscribed and am so excited to see your journey! :)
Thank you. It is difficult to feel comfortable talking on camera not knowing who is watching but I feel it's important to be authentic. I appreciate the comment and the follow. Right back at ya!
If you feel that's what you want to do, do it. But I used to live in Germany and had my child in the Krankenhaus/ German hospital, it's very difficult to navigate medical in a foreign country I would not risk it if it was me. Also I have a seizure disorder from a head injury and I can't fly because the altitude can make you have a seizure. Your brain lesion my not be ideal for a long high altitude flight overseas. Please be careful and good luck.😊❤
I'm so sorry you are unable to fly. I will definitely do my research on the best places for medical care in foreign countries if I need it. Thanks so much for sharing. Hoping long flights are okay for me. Fingers crossed.
You just have to be honest so conditions are agreed upon. I spent two weeks in Europe last year with a friend who lied and lied about her abilities. Her lies became my problem because she could not be self sufficient on the trip and I had to cancel some excursions because of her lies. If my friend had been honest we could have scheduled things differently. Now I am angry because of the lies. This cost me extra money. She said she was afraid I would not want her to go if she admitted limitations. I disagree with not informing of conditions over the phone. I would prefer to know sooner than later. Having to drive in while being worried is worse. To each their own. Traveling is fine as long as all conditions are agreed upon.
I agree. Not being honest always catches up with you. I also used to be afraid of letting people know I was diagnosed with MS for fear they'd make assumptions and judge me, especially worrisome if one is looking for employment. I have no need to worry about the employment aspect any more but I also no longer worry about what others might think. It is also very important not to lie when seeking health insurance. That would definite come back to bite you. Thanks for your input.
No hablo inglés muy bien pero podemos entendernos si me ayudas a practicarlo un poco. If you want a friend in Buenos Aires Argentina you can put in touch with me and i could be your friend and your guide in Buenos Aires for free. I hope you stay fine. I like your videos. Bye😊

Thanks so much. I don't want to have regrets, for sure. I believe anything can be healed with the proper diet and mindset.
