LiT is a great little movie. The fact that it was a "guerrilla" movie - small intimate staff, low budget, limited set, makes it far better than many other big-budget movies. Has some similarity to 'Local Hero' from he 1970s in that respect. I wish there were more like this.

My favorite movie with not only Scarlett Johanson but for John Travolta as well is A Love Song For Bobby Long. The acting was great, the storyline was great, and the soundtrack was amazing.
I believe she definitely filmed something for it, but from the reports we’ve heard from the set of the film, it seems questionable over whether whichever part she worked on will appear in the final cut. Glazer has reportedly filmed lots of different versions and perspectives of the story, and from the rumours she was in the film it was always stated she wasn’t a leading role, so it could end up with her scenes not featuring in the Final Cut. There are similar rumours about Ben Kingsley’s work on the project. Definitely giving vibes similar to Terrence Malick films, where he films endless scenes and stories with high profile cast members that often don’t end up seeing the light of day.
