@@PragatiShreya yes even i used to get them alot few years back and would feel really bad about it but i think it got okay with time as i started wearing my glasses regularly which i didnt used to and also do not over strain ur eyes ! always relax ur eyes and eat good food it will eventually get better

Honestly, I related to u when u said that u were severely depressed cuz there was a time when i was at my lowest in 2022 but because of my frnds and family, I came out even stronger. If you get eye infection make once a week or twice do warm or cold compression and make sure to get eye lid cleanser this would not let you get eye infection.
