Yeah , I uploaded the wrong video. I didn’t catch it until 6:30 this morning. Our upload speed is horrible. So I had to drive to town to get enough service to hot spot my computer from my iPad to get it up and going. Complete circus. But it’s up and going now.
Something just fascinating about pouring and working mud. No matter how many pours I have seen I always stop and watch. A person who is good with a screed and float are artists.
Pretty thin mix. Don't think it would even slump... just settle flat. Probably a lot of bleed water on the initial screed. Did you have any plasticizer in that mix?? Interesting pour though. The sh*t that architects come up with!!😊
Need to watch that front gate check in they may get a little frisky! Jeff happy holidays and zack and larry thanks for letting the Mud Demon on your jobs. Miss the weather and hospitality.

Well I’m just the pump company. They do all the driveway work. We should be back in the neighborhood in a couple of weeks. I plan on going by there while I’m in there.

@@MuddyfeetConcretePumping Thanks that’s what I thought it was I would love to see that driveway in the evening some night maybe you can come back and get some photos in the future
And all that glass with neighbors so close too. It’s like the physical version of social media - see how perfect my life is, everything on display. To each their own, and loved the video, but no neighbors for me.
I know when I ran a schwing we'd pour the prime/ mortar In the elbow and put a 2x4 under it and let it get a stroke or 2 then drop the hose and 98% of the time it wouldn't plug.. God bless and lock the hubs for the holidays Merry Christmas
That was kind of the mixer driver to first dump a giant mess all over your machine, then proceed to leave those couple of dinosaur eggs just sitting there on the grate within arms reach, especially after all that Karma you'd banked on the first pour by greasing the mixers rollers.....
Should’ve made the driver shovel all the concrete off the road and help clean up the pump. Some of those drivers aren’t real bright, I heard the reason they only put one seat in a mixer is so the driver knows where to sit.
Your project is very interesting. But you really need to take time and learn some filmmaking. Your camera is all over the place and often not even level. Invest in a tripod and fluid head. Think about what you want people to see, then take the time to frame your shot. Like keeping the outhouse out of the picture. Close ups mixed with wide shots makes your video interesting too. Use slow even movements and pan left to right or up and down. Some of the shots, like seeing the concrete entering the mixer for example, can be done at any point, then cut in where you want it during editing (post production). This is called B roll. Stuff that is important but that can be shot anytime during the shoot. Just keeping your camera steady will go a long way in making your video easier to watch. Good luck. Can’t wait to see your next project.
Did that on a pool deck pour was a nightmare to find the light points and its really not worth the money have to keep the lenses clean otherwise it looks like old worn out xmas lights ✌️
Muddy you have to turn the 90 opposite of the driver , that’s a lawsuit waiting to happen on that new contraption . Also they need something to protect the Skid steer from splatter .
@@MuddyfeetConcretePumping if it plugs and something goes wrong best it’s away from the driver . I live in California so everything feels like a lawsuit waiting to happen 😁
Spray the front of that skid steer with some form oil and wash it down when they’re done. It would be handy to have a power washer there when you’re done pouring.
