Hits EXTRA HARD when you realize Taserface and his crew are very much aware that just a couple hours ago that 'talking woodland animal' was quite literally singlehandedly mopping the floor with literally all of them at once, and the only reason they captured him is because of Yondu.... and the only reason Yondu is down, is because of HER.
Telling her she isn't as easy a mark as them, while they are well and painfully aware niether of them was an easy mark.

I read the original script for this movie and when 2:45 happens, it was supposed to show Nebula smirking. If that happened, it would have been the first time we'd see her smile.
